Arjun Maverick nodded, brushing off the clownish behavior, and led Rohan directly to the area where the finalization would take place.

"Please sign here and here, and make the first installment payment," instructed Arjun Maverick, placing the thick title deed in front of Rohan and indicating where he needed to sign.

He then requested Rohan to make the payment for the first installment.

"Alright," Rohan nodded in agreement, signing the papers with careful consideration.

Finally, he placed his fingerprint on the scanning machine to confirm the payment.

"Payment successful!" The machines chimed, their melodic tones ringing through the room.

Rohan couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over him as the harmonious chimes resonated in the air, affirming that his payment had been processed flawlessly.

Arjun Maverick wore a satisfied grin, basking in the glory of a successful transaction.

"What...how...!" Jai Rogue stood dumbfounded, his mouth agape and surprise etched across his face.

"Hehe, well, now I'll be on my way!" Rohan Johnson chuckled, looking at Jai Rogue with amusement.

"Hahaha! Jai, you shot yourself in the foot!" Their other colleagues erupted in laughter, mocking Jai Rogue for making a fool of himself, while simultaneously congratulating Arjun Maverick for sealing the deal.

"Hahaha! Bro, you should throw a party to celebrate this triumph!" Some of his colleagues suggested.

Though Arjun Maverick didn't express it openly, he silently cursed them for their hypocrisy.

'These damn pigs! They ridiculed me earlier for showing Mr. Johnson the unit, and now that I've successfully closed the deal and earned a bonus, they want to feast and drink at my expense!'

Arjun Maverick seethed internally, plastering a fake smile on his face as he graciously accepted their congratulations.

Meanwhile, Rohan wasted no time and promptly left the real estate office to retrieve his belongings and move into his new home.

As he settled into the backseat of the cab, Rohan noticed a system notification flicker in his field of vision.

With an exultant expression and a resounding 'Yes...yes!' resounding in his mind, Rohan refrained from vocalizing his excitement to avoid appearing like a nutcase in front of the cab driver.

'I spent $10,000 on the Gold Membership, another $10,000 on meals, withdrew $1,000 in cash previously and used the remaining $75,000 as the first installment for my new house. So, the account is settled, and I have only $4,000 left from the initial $100,000,' Rohan murmured, satisfied as he observed the balance, meticulously calculating how he had allocated the funds he received from the System.

"Sir, we have arrived at your destination!" the cab driver's voice interrupted his reverie, jolting him back to reality.

"Uncle, could you please wait for a little while? I need to gather my belongings before we proceed to the next location," Rohan said, flashing a smile at the cab driver.

"Alright, I'll wait for you. Just let me know when you're ready!" the kind-hearted uncle nodded, and Rohan hurriedly entered the hotel.

Within a few short minutes, he returned, struggling to carry his belongings, which were not particularly numerous—just one large suitcase and two cardboard boxes. Yet, even this modest amount left him breathless.

"Oh, young man, you need to exercise more. Here, let me give you a hand!" The considerate cab driver, noticing Rohan's predicament, decided to assist him by placing his belongings in the trunk.

"Please take me to Serenity Oaks Residential Area!" Rohan requested, wiping away beads of sweat from his forehead.

"Hey, isn't that the newly built, luxurious residential area that's been in high demand lately?" the cab driver exclaimed, his surprise evident as he glanced at Rohan, not expecting him to have any affiliation with the affluent individuals residing there.

"Yes, that's the one. Take me there, please!" Rohan affirmed, urging the driver to hasten.

"Alright, kiddo, hold on tight!" the cab driver exclaimed, his words filled with enthusiasm, before astonishingly accelerating the vehicle to an impressive speed.

......

"How much, Uncle?" Rohan inquired about the fare cost.

"Here, $150," Uncle replied as he took out an electronic payment device, generated a receipt, and handed it to Rohan.

"Alright!" Rohan sighed with relief, grateful that Uncle had an electronic payment option. Otherwise, he would have been in a tight spot as he didn't have a single penny in his pocket to settle the bill.

"Keep the change, Uncle!" Rohan generously handed over an additional $50 for his service.

"Thanks, young man!" Uncle smiled warmly, expressing his gratitude before leaving.

"Stop!" Rohan was about to enter the gates of the residential area when he was halted by the guards.

"Yes?" Rohan looked at them in confusion. Then, noticing the guard's outstretched hand, he understood that they were asking for identification or something that proved he lived there or was visiting someone.

"Okay, you can go. Sorry for stopping you, Sir Johnson!" After inspecting the title deed that Rohan presented as proof, the guards realized he was a new resident. They registered his fingerprint and face in their computer database, ensuring that in the future he would only need to provide his fingerprint or undergo facial recognition to gain entry.

"Let me drop you off, Sir!" One of the guards even offered to escort him to his unit after learning which one he was headed to.

"Thanks for the assistance!" Rohan smiled, appreciating their politeness and the robust security measures.

A few minutes later, he arrived at his newly acquired home, a beautiful villa with a view of the lush garden.

"Sweet home, sweet!" Rohan whispered, relishing the comforting ambiance.

Rohan expressed his gratitude to the Guard for kindly escorting him to his Villa.

With a sense of awe, he stepped inside the Villa, taking a moment to appreciate its beauty before he decided to selecting his preferred bedroom from the three available on the upper floor.

As he explored each room, his admiration grew for the Villa.

The ornate furnishings and exquisite decor created an atmosphere of elegance and luxury.

After careful consideration, he found that one of the bedrooms stood out as the master suite, so he made the decision to claim it as his own.

Once he was done with the upper floor, Rohan descended to the ground level, where he discovered a spacious dining area and a separate living room.

The allure of the Villa's design was further enhanced by these inviting spaces.

With a contented sigh, Rohan realized that he had found a good place, a place where he could truly feel at home.
