That same evening, Nicolas Hoffman went to an exclusive restaurant, where the senior opposition official was waiting for him.The private dining room had been prepared in advance, with a variety of expensive dishes laid out on the table and a bottle of wine already opened.The official rose to greet his guest.“Hello, Nicolas. Arthur was sitting on the sofa, with a coffee table between him and the empty chair opposite.
