The primordials born from Chaos were all created with unique attributes, gifts and abilities, their talents were unparalleled, the cultivation systems of the three realms were created by them.
Yan Ming as the ruler of the infernal realm was in a complete league of his own, his talent was unmatched, his physique incomparable. To top it off the cosmos gave him a gift along with his birth, a gift that made him unbeatable no matter the circumstances, even Tian Yi had no way of bypassing it. The seven flames of hell represented the seven layers of hell, each with their own attribute and specialty, the only person capable of controlling the seven primordial layers of hell and the seven flames was the ruler of the infernal realm ordained by chaos itself as the choosen one. Olethros: The flame of Destruction. Odyne: The flame of Agony. Epithymia: The flame of Desire. Apate: The flame of Deceit. Ktisis: The flame of creation. Abussos: The flame of the Void. Palingenesia: The flame of Rebirth. Summoning the seven flames swirling round him, Yan Ming stood on the spot without moving but the space near him was twisted and crumbling with each passing second. The Divine army below had retreated back to the barrier the moment they saw Olethros appear out of nowhere while Tian Yi covered their retreat with her halo, the moment they passed through the barrier Tian Yi looked at Yan Ming who was staring back at her with anger and smiled. "Later Yan Ming, there's no need for us to fight today." She said with a soothing voice. The next moment the spot she was on blew up into pieces, the void crumbling like a broken glass. "She really concealed it so hard! And she expects she'll get away with this? In your dreams!" He said then raised his head and stared at the barrier, the breach opened was already closing up, the Divine army were out of sight. "She took them with her." He muttered then vanished, reappearing at the breach where Ao Yue could be seen standing with a calm look on her face. "She planned all this from the start, it was a rapid blitz attack on Anixia and she was successful. We lost 1/15 of our outer regions population due to this attack, it's a huge loss no one expected." "I'll be back soon." He said then vanished and reappeared in the breach crossing over into the divine realm with a single step. "I hate this place, it's irritating." He said with a frown on his face. The planets nearby were floating silently devoid of life, there were no signs of life as far as he could see. "She predicted my move, again." He said through gritted teeth, a cold glint flashed through his eyes and all the planets in his vision burst apart into rubble. 'I'll be back, I'll keep this grievance for now Tian Yi.' he thought then vanished into the breach. Walking out of the breach he could see Ao Yue who stood still, waiting for him to return. "She evacuated the border?" "You guessed that also?" Yan Ming asked with an annoyed tone. "Am I the only one who seems to fall for these schemes?" "You're way too gullible Yan Ming, that's why I was made with you, with me here no sort of scheme can go beyond my sight." She said with her chin raised and a prideful expression on her face. "Where are the others? Summon them, I need to have a congress with everyone and deliver a surprise to the Divine realm." Yan Ming said with a regretful look on his face watching the breach close up. "Okay I'll go call the others, they should be here already and if you want to organize a blitz attack similar to hers don't, she probably already predicted that and is waiting for you to fall into the trap. That won't work, I'll come up with a plan soon and inform you about it." She replied then vanished from her spot. Yan Ming frowned then turned his head to look at the barrier. As reliable as Ao Yue was, he didn't like relying on them all the time but there was nothing he could do at the moment, Ao Yue was reliable she proved it repeatedly without fail after countless years together. Suddenly he noticed another weak spot on the barrier, judging by the location it felt like someone was trying to cover it up. 'Why is there another breach in the barrier?' he thought and vanished from his spot appearing near the new breach. 'I'm not good with things like this I'll just ask Ao Yue when she's back.' he thought then turned to leave when he noticed something amiss. The planets nearby were moving, turning around each other and he felt a sense of danger, his instincts were screaming at him to leave. 'It's been thousands of years since I've had this feeling and I can't teleport out, the space here is sealed whoever set this up must've revealed the breach on purpose to lure me, I fell for a bait so easily again.' he thought with a cold glint in his eyes. A total of six huge planets were swirling round him with two stars standing at the north and south creating an octagonal formation closing up the space and preventing him from escaping. "That's enough hiding don't you think? Sealing the space here does nothing to stop me." A crack appeared in the void and three women appeared surrounding him each of them divine beauties of their own right. After all, they were modelled by the cosmos. "Tan Yuan, Du Ying, Shi Yuan what do you mean by this?" "Hand over hell's mandate Damion or this won't end well for you." Tan Yuan with flowing yellow hair and a flawless face said with a smirk on her face making Yan Ming raise an eyebrow. "You want the mandate? You know what it means when you ask for it right?" "Yes we know full well what it means, and you're not leaving here alive Yan Ming, your reign as the king of the infernal realm and ruler of the abyss is over." Yan Ming's eyes suddenly widened, he stared at the formation created by the six planets and two stars he could feel it even though it seemed like an impossible dream. "My flames and cultivation, do you really intend to go against me?" "With your flames and cultivation gone you're just a normal human with nothing left, hand over Tian Luo, don't make this harder than it should be Yan Ming."Latest Chapter
The Warden's Response
They made camp at the valley's edge as evening settled over the still lake, Yan Ming settlinginto meditation near the water's shore in hopes that whatever mechanism had first drawn theWarden's attention to this location might respond similarly to their return. Qing Chun keptwatch nearby, golden-white light occasionally flickering at her fingertips as she continued herown quiet practice while they waited.Hours passed without any sign of the Warden's return, the valley's silver-shimmering treesrustling softly in a gentle evening breeze, the lake's still surface reflecting the graduallyemerging stars with perfect, undisturbed clarity. Yan Ming was beginning to wonder if theattempt had been misguided when a familiar, layered voice finally broke the silence."You've returned sooner than I expected."Yan Ming's eyes opened immediately, finding the Warden seated on the same flat stone he'doccupied during their first encounter, grey robes settling around him as though he'd simplyalw
The Captives
The captured Concord agents proved considerably more forthcoming than the Tian clan's earlierinterrogation of the fleeing traitor's associates, whether from the visible devastation of theirfailed assault or simple exhaustion after weeks of demanding service to a cause several of themprivately admitted they'd never fully understood. Elder Rushan conducted the questioningpersonally, flanked by two of her most trusted elders, while Yan Ming observed from ashadowed corner of the interrogation chamber, old instinct sharpening at every fragment ofuseful information."Tell me about the array," Elder Rushan said to the most senior of the captured agents, aweathered man whose Ember Core cultivation marked him as considerably more experiencedthan his younger companions. "What have you heard about its purpose?"The agent hesitated, old loyalty warring visibly against the practical calculation of a man whounderstood his current position offered little room for continued defiance. "Only f
The Mountain Halls
Rest, as it turned out, proved shorter-lived than Elder Rushan's hospitality had promised. YanMing woke well before dawn to the unmistakable sensation of alarm formations activatingsomewhere deep within the mountain stronghold, old instinct pulling him upright beforeconscious thought had fully caught up to the danger."Something's wrong," he said, already reaching for Qing Chun's shoulder to wake her from theadjoining sleeping mat.She stirred immediately, years of travel together having sharpened her own reflexesconsiderably since their first weeks on the road. "What is it?""Alarm formations. I don't know the cause yet, but it's close." He was already moving towardthe chamber's entrance, crimson-gold flame kindling reflexively at his fingertips. "Stay close."They emerged into the stronghold's corridors to find them filled with hurrying clan members, some armed and moving toward the mountain's lower levels, others clearly civilians beingdirected toward secured inner chambers
The Ember Vale Request
Word arrived three days later, carried by a travel-worn messenger bearing the Ember ValeClan's insignia, requesting Yan Ming and Qing Chun's presence at their territory directly ratherthan continuing to coordinate purely through correspondence. Tian Shen read the letter twicebefore passing it across his study's desk, expression thoughtful."They're asking for more than information sharing," he said. "Their message suggests they'veencountered something specific — an artifact or technique recovered from a skirmish withConcord scouts, something they believe requires expertise beyond what their own elderscurrently possess.""And they think I'm the one who might understand it." Yan Ming scanned the letter's careful, formal phrasing, old wariness mixing with cautious curiosity. "Did they say what kind ofartifact?""Only that it bears markings unlike anything in their clan's historical records, and that it wasrecovered from a Concord agent killed during a border skirmish two weeks ag
Deeper Into the Seal
True to his word, Yan Ming began the following morning with a return to the deliberate, dangerous work of unsealing more of his restrained cultivation, retreating to a heavily wardedchamber deep within the Tian clan's palace that Tian Shen had personally arranged for exactlythis purpose — thick stone walls layered with containment formations, designed to absorb anyerrant surge of power that might otherwise threaten the surrounding structure."You're certain about pushing further?" Tian Shen asked, watching from the chamber'sthreshold as Yan Ming settled into a meditative stance at its center, the Restriction Key'spendant clutched carefully against his chest. "The scouts' report gave us months, not days. There's no need to rush this recklessly.""There's every need," Yan Ming replied, eyes already closed, breathing settling into the slow, measured rhythm of deep meditation. "Feng Lie Zun knows we're organizing against him now, thanks to the traitor's information. Whatever timeline
Terms of the Alliance
Morning arrived with the Tian clan's palace grounds still bearing faint scars of the previousday's assault — scorched stone along the archive wing's outer wall, freshly reinforced wardshumming visibly along every entrance, guards posted in numbers that hadn't been necessarybefore the traitor's betrayal had come to light. The assembled delegates reconvened in the greathall with considerably less ease than they'd carried into the summit's opening session, warinessnow coloring every exchange, every glance toward unfamiliar faces among their own retinues."Before we finalize anything," the Azure Tide Sect's representative said, arms crossed as shesurveyed the room, "I want assurances that yesterday's breach won't be repeated. If Concordagents can infiltrate the Tian clan's own staff, what's stopping them from doing the same to anyof our territories once this alliance becomes public knowledge?""Nothing, entirely," Tian Shen admitted, meeting her gaze without flinching from theunc
