At the sound of those words, Lydia puffed an exasperated sigh and shook her head in annoyance.

Michael caught glimpses of her displeased disposition and immediately knew a looming smoke had been fueled.

She slightly thudded her right feet on the floor and gave in to an intermittent sigh waiting for the person behind the voice to creak the door open.

Expectedly, the door was fully parted open— Michael had his arms positioned in akimbo posture while waiting for the unknown voice who had an issue with his presence in Mr. Oliver King's mansion.

He had seen enough at Mr. Snow's residence and believed nothing would be entirely new on his second healing adventure.

Aside from the belittling statements he had expected from whoever was behind the door— he felt a different kind of restlessness just like he perceived when he read through Lord Eric's text message.
