Michael kept whispering those words after the call with Scarlett disconnected.

For a couple of minutes, he had thought less about his temporary detention in the police station and settled his mind on his biological father.

He grew up knowing nothing about his father— he was as good as dead, but for strange reasons, Oliver King's revelation changed the course of events.

Yes, he didn't have the best father/son relationship with Oliver but one thing certain was he nursed no resentment against him despite being absent in his life for over three decades.
