“I killed him…” Lucas repeated and then he laughed, again and again in Ethan’d face. He was laughing too much and Ethan felt like clawing his face with force. But he had to wait, the system was still healing him.

Lucas continued, “You look horrified...” He pointed at Ethan’s face.

Of course, Ethan was horrified. The last boss was killed by Lucas! Was this why the System had assigned him to kill Lucas? If this was the case, the last boss would definitely be a former possessor of the system.

“Should I tell you how I killed him?” Lucas asked a childlike excitement in his eyes. However, he didn't even wait for an answer before speaking again, “That bastard seemed invincible to everyone.”
