Nancy stepped into the store, marching forward in anger. Just a step behind her, was the world-famous chief designer, Zenith Coleman.

The snobbish saleswoman spotted the legendary designer and her eyes instantly lit up.

She completely ignored Nancy, rushing forward to offer a deep bow. Hoping to score major points with her boss, she quickly pointed a finger at Harry and explained in a whining, self-righteous voice.

"Master Zenith, thank goodness you are here! A filthy beggar just wandered into our luxury boutique looking for empty plastic bottles to sell! He's ruining our high-end image, and I was just in the middle of escorting his disgusting self out of the store!"

The chief designer looked at Harry's stained jacket, then looked at the saleswoman with a dark glare.

"You're being utterly, completely disrespectful!"

He boomed, and the dumb saleswoman completely misinterpreted his anger. Thinking that the designer was furious at Harry for daring to touch the luxury clothes, she spun around like a rabid dog and barked directly at him.

"You heard that, didn't you?! Even the most famous, highly respected designer in the entire country is cursing you out for being here! How vulgar and thick-skinned can a delivery boy get? Get your worthless self out of this store right now!"

Julia’s mother, Rosalie, joined in right away with a nasty, venomous sneer. "I told you not to strut around our family with that fake, cheap black card, Harry! If you don't have money, go out and earn it like a real man! Don't come to a high-society mall and dream of pretending to be a rich VIP! It’s pathetic!"

Kevin chimed in, enjoying this humiliation ritual more than anything. "Yeah! Go back to the dumpster where you belong, bro-in-law!"

Harry stood perfectly still in the center of the boutique. Looking at the ugly, distorted faces of his mother-in-law and brother-in-law, he slowly shook his head with a bitter, heartbroken smile.

For three long years of marriage, he had given absolutely everything to that ungrateful family.

He had cooked their meals, washed their floors, spent his own blood money on their groceries, and sold his father’s ancestral home for them.

It was only at this moment that his eyes were truly opened.

He finally saw what kind of vile monsters they really were—vicious people who cared only about their own greedy gain, who would stoop to any disgusting means for profit, and who would ruthlessly kick you aside into the mud the moment they had what they wanted from you.

Zenith couldn't take another second of their hideous behavior. He slammed his measuring tape onto a glass counter and roared at the top of his lungs, "All of you—get out of this store!"

The saleswoman opened her mouth, ready to continue berating Harry and nodding along with Zenith, but then her entire body went completely rigid as she looked into the designer’s eyes.

A cold sweat broke out across her back. She suddenly realized that Zenith wasn't looking at Harry, he was shouting directly at her .

Meanwhile, Nancy had already summoned the head manager out from the back office and pointed at the trembling saleswoman. "Fire her on the spot. Clear her locker immediately."

Nancy turned her freezing, sharp gaze onto the head manager, issuing a deadly warning.

"Before you hesitate, remember that this store doesn't belong to you, Manager Jones! You have just been hired to manage it. If this kind of disgusting behavior ever happens again under your watch, you will be thrown out on the street along with her!"

The manager’s face turned grey. He turned around and bowed apologetically to Harry, before he turned around and slapped the saleswoman across the face.

SMACK!

"We absolutely do not tolerate arrogance and blind snobbery in this store!"

The manager shouted angrily. "Take your disgusting self-importance and get out of my boutique! You're fired!"

The saleswoman burst into heavy, frantic tears, dropping straight onto her knees in front of Harry. She grabbed at his wet pants, begging him frantically with a weeping face.

"Please, sir! I am so sorry! Please don't let them fire me! I have a one-year-old child at home to support! If I lose this high-paying luxury job, my baby will starve! Please have mercy!"

Harry looked down at her with cold, unbothered eyes. He raised his leg and kicked her hands away coldly, his voice echoing with absolute majesty. "When you looked down on someone who appeared ordinary just because of their clothes, did your arrogant heart ever think this day would come?"

The weeping saleswoman was instantly grabbed by two other large staff members and dragged out through the back door, crying hysterically.

With the trash cleared out, Zenith stepped forward toward Harry.

He gave Harry a deep, profoundly respectful ninety-degree bow, his voice trembling with fear. "Chairman Kipling, I am really sorry for arriving late and keeping you waiting in such a terrible environment. Please forgive the humiliation you had to endure from our staff members, I assure you we don't support this behaviour at all.”

Harry gave a calm nod. "It's fine. It's not your fault."

Nancy then slowly turned her icy eyes toward Julia’s mother and brother, who were standing there completely paralyzed with shock.

"You two!”

Nancy announced in a loud, clear voice.

"From this exact second, you are officially blacklisted from this luxury boutique, this entire mega-mall, and every single affiliated corporate establishment across the nation under our parent company! You are no longer welcome anywhere near our brand!"

Rosalie’s jaw dropped, her face twisting in utter disbelief and rage. "On what grounds?! Who do you think you are? On what grounds can you kick us out because of this delivery boy?!"

Nancy opened her mouth, ready to reveal Harry’s identity as the multi-billionaire boss of Vanguard Holdings, but Harry suddenly raised his hand, stopping her with a single look. He didn't want these greedy snakes knowing his true power just yet.

Harry looked at Rosalie and said simply, "I did the billionaire owner of this mega-mall a small favor in the past. He gave me some black card privileges. That’s all."

Rosalie immediately started throwing nasty curses at him. "I knew it! You're just a lucky beggar! You used up a favor just to put on airs!"

Kevin chimed in with a sneer,

"Exactly! You can only rely on other people's charity to put on a fake show. Let's go, Mom, this place is trash anyway!"

Nancy's eyes flashed with murder, and she waved her hand to the mall guards. "Drag them out of my sight!"

Four heavy security guards rushed forward, grabbing Rosalie and Kevin by their expensive clothes and dragging them out of the mall while they screamed and cursed like maniacs.

Once they were gone, the designer personally took Harry's measurements with extreme care and tailored a luxurious custom suit right on the spot, using the most expensive fabrics in the world.

When the suit was completely finished, Harry put it on. He looked like a handsome, powerful god of wealth, radiating confidence even by breathing.

Nancy respectfully escorted him down to the waiting luxury convoy to drive to the grand charity auction. Inside the sprawling limousine, she began speaking softly.

“Boss, this grand high-society auction tonight was actually arranged by the city's elites with you in mind. I let the grand organizers know beforehand that the mysterious, legendary head of Horizon Enterprises would be personally attending tonight. Whether you want to step onto the grand stage and speak to the crowd is entirely up to your choice."

Harry looked out the window, his eyes burning with a cold fire. "I will speak."

Nancy smiled respectfully and continued,

"Excellent. Also, please remember that the midnight-black card in your pocket has absolutely no spending limit. The annual dividends from all sixty-two mega-subsidiaries under Vanguard Holdings will be deposited into your account in due course. Apart from the one point five billion dollars already transferred to your card at the hospital, the card currently holds a raw cash balance of ten billion dollars. Tonight, you can buy absolutely anything at the auction that catches your eye."

Harry nodded in agreement. "Understood."

One of the most highly anticipated lots at the auction tonight was a legendary, mythical antique ring—said to have been put up for sale by an ancient, fallen imperial aristocratic family. The legend said that the ring held the ultimate map and secret to a hidden, ancient treasure worth enough money to literally buy an entire modern nation. Harry was highly intrigued.

Meanwhile, thirty minutes earlier, outside the grand entrance of the shopping mall, Julia’s mother, Rosalie, and her brother, Kevin, were still fuming with pure, explosive rage. Their expensive clothes were messy from being dragged out by the guards.

They paced back and forth, furiously discussing how to brutally retaliate against Harry for humiliating them. Kevin’s eyes suddenly lit up with a wicked idea, and he suggested taking out his phone.

"Mom, let’s call sister Julia right now! She’s the powerful CEO of a fifty-million-dollar empire! That loser Harry is so completely obsessed with her, he’s like a submissive dog—he will never, ever dare to stand up to her if she commands him!"

Rosalie nodded aggressively. "Yes! Call her!"

Kevin continued sneering, "Besides, there is absolutely no logical way that a penniless delivery boy actually became a true VIP at a world-class luxury store like Reneé Atelier. Something definitely doesn't add up. He probably stole that card or found it in a trash can!"

They immediately dialed Julia’s private number. The moment she answered, Rosalie and Kevin began shouting and venting furiously into the microphone, exaggerating everything and painting Harry as a violent, arrogant maniac who had insulted his own family and used a fake card to get them kicked out of the mall.

On the other end of the line, Julia was sitting in her luxury car on her way to the same grand event.

Hearing her family crying, she frowned deeply and tried to comfort them in a soothing voice.

"Mom, Kevin, please don't be angry over a worthless loser. Calm down… The grand charity auction is about to start in a few minutes, and I am arriving at the venue now. I heard from high-society insiders that the legendary, multi-billionaire owner of Horizon Enterprises will be making a rare personal appearance tonight! This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for us.

Once I successfully make a strong financial connection with him at the auction, our Apex Holdings will instantly take off and become a multi-billion-dollar empire! And when that grand success happens, I promise you, I will make sure Harry Kipling pays a million times over for what he did to you tonight!"
