“Help me” I quietly and cautiously followed the voice through the thick fog, it was like the deeper I got, the thicker it became, by now it was so thick that I couldn’t even see my legs but I could also see that I was getting closer to the voice.

“WHOOSH” A shadow flashed behind me as I turned around in alarm, my eyes moving left and right to see what that was.

‘Damn the fog’s too thick for me to see anything, I have to try to find a way out of this fog before trying to confront whatever that is’ I thought knowing full well that I didn’t have the time and luxury to fight whatever was in the fog so I instead opted to escape, with this in mind, I quickly turned around and ran through the fog at top speed, this action seemed to be something that confused whatever was in the fog because there was a slight pause before I heard an angry growl then the quick patter of footsteps behind me.
