Chapter 3

The sound of Brandon's voice when he said that felt so piercing in the ears of every guard. They realized that Brandon was a dangerous person, because that was not a threat. In fact, Brandon had made Ryan unconscious.

Those who previously wanted to secure Brandon, simultaneously stopped their steps. They wondered why Brandon could suddenly have a different aura, because according to their memory, this was not the Brandon, the Turner family's prospective son-in-law, who was known as a loser and even trash.

"Hey, what are you doing? Quickly catch and secure him!" One of the employees shouted.

All the guards looked at the employee who had just spoken with annoyance. They knew it was their job, but for now they didn't want to offend Brandon further and put themselves in danger.

"Pathetic, I didn't know the Turner Group guards were just a bunch of losers," Ellie Turner said after coming out of the meeting room.

"Mrs. Ellie," The guards bowed in respect.

"I don't need your respect, quickly secure that bastard for daring to hurt my son!" Ellie shouted, she was angry to see Ryan's condition.

"Y-yes, Mrs. Ellie!" The guards said in unison. Although full of doubt, they could not refuse if the mother of the company's CEO gave the order.

The movement of every guard there did not make Brandon afraid or anything. Brandon chose to prove his words, so that no one would dare to underestimate him in the future.

Every guard who approached Brandon, Brandon immediately paralyzed them. Now, at least ten Turner Group guards had fallen unconscious, failing in their duties.

Ellie Turner looked at it all in disbelief, she didn't remember Brandon could fight like this because as far as she knew, Brandon was just a useless prospective son-in-law.

"Let's stop everything here, I don't want to do more than this," Brandon said, not feeling what he did was worth his time that was now wasted.

Brandon was just about to leave when Ellie suddenly stopped him, his former mother-in-law was certainly not satisfied with how it all ended.

"Bastard, where do you think you're going? You can't just leave like that, at least you have to be responsible for hurting my son!" Ellie Turner shouted, her pride refused to let Brandon go after what had happened.

Brandon sighed deeply, wanting to know what Ellie wanted from him now.

"I have accepted the termination of the engagement with the conditions you have agreed upon, don't be excessive or ask for something the Turner family can't afford," Brandon said, feeling a little tired of dealing with his ex-fiancée's family.

"Something the Turner family can't afford? Nonsense, dealing with a bastard like you, what does it cost my family? You should be the one thinking about it all because the Turner family won't just let you go!"

Brandon shook his head slowly, Ellie clearly didn't know anything about his Lee family. The Lee family might not be big and Brandon was the only one left now. However, the Lee family has invaluable assets and it's not money or influence like most famous families.

"Mrs. Ellie, your son ended up like this because he has crossed the line. I hope you don't make the same mistake as him or you will regret it."

Ellie Turner was startled to hear Brandon's words, the incredible intimidation somehow made her feel after hearing that.

Ellie Turner was silent, shrouded in fear, although her pride refused, Brandon's intimidation really managed to influence her subconscious not to resist.

"Mother, what happened?" Ariana Turner just came out of the meeting room when she saw the chaos there, so she decided to ask to find out the details.

Ellie Turner quickly had a brilliant idea to fight Brandon, which was to use Ariana. That way, she hopes Ariana can take revenge on Brandon and teach Brandon a lesson.

"My dear, this bastard suddenly went berserk and beat up your brother. Look at your brother's condition, he's so pitiful to be the target of this filthy bastard's outburst." Ellie said while gently stroking Ryan's head, who was still lying on the floor, Ryan's condition at that time really looked miserable.

Ariana looked at Brandon in disbelief after checking Ryan's condition, what Ellie said was true that Ryan was now in great suffering.

"Brandon, what do you mean by doing this to my brother? Didn't you agree to break up with me? Why are you not accepting it and making my brother the target of your anger?

Brandon looked at Ariana in silence, he was a bit disappointed that Ariana believed it so easily without asking for his opinion.

"Why are you silent? Don't tell me you did this because you regret rejecting the compensation for our engagement termination?" Ariana quickly reached for her wallet in her bag. Then she threw a wad of $100 bills in Brandon's face, "You should have said so, consider it as an initial payment, I will send the remaining $5 million to your account as soon as possible."

Brandon Lee clenched his fists tightly as the wad of $100 bills that Ariana threw now scattered on the floor. It seems this is how Ariana and the Turner family value him.

"I don't care about your money and that's not the reason I hit your sister," Brandon said, his teeth already gritting in anger.

"Brandon, stop pretending not to need money!" Ariana shouted, her eyes looking at Brandon with tears. "Stop rejecting my money if you just want to use the reason for the engagement termination to hurt my family."

Ariana's crying seemed to corner Brandon. The fact is that all this started with the Turner family, it shouldn't be Brandon who is blamed.

Brandon, who was tired and at the same time hated the situation, chose to ignore Ariana. Brandon didn't care how Ariana would judge him, after all their relationship was over.

Seeing Brandon about to step away, Ellie whispered to Ariana, "My daughter, hurry up, don't let Brandon go. How can we let him go just like that after he did this to your brother?" She tried to persuade Ariana.

Ariana wiped the tears that fell on her cheeks, "Mother, don't worry. I've called the police since he started causing a commotion in the meeting room."

Sure enough, not long after Ariana's words, several police cars began to stop in front of the Turner Group building. A dozen police officers led by a female police officer entered the building right after.

"We received a report from this building, what's the problem that you called us?" asked the female police officer who was leading, she had short shoulder-length hair and a familiar beautiful face to those who lived in Allureville.

Stella Robinson was her name, she was the daughter of the police chief who followed in her father's footsteps. She had a very good reputation with many achievements she had achieved for the police force at her young age.

"Miss Stella, quickly arrest him! That bastard is really dangerous!" Ellie shouted with a victorious smile on her face.

Stella turned to find out which bastard was meant, before being startled, not expecting, "Mr. Brandon?"
