"You've been owing us money, doc and it's time to pay up!” A stern voice was heard speaking to Dr. Kris.

“Please, I just need a little more time. I'll surely pay,” Dr. Kris pleaded but it appeared his pleas fell on deaf ears as the man standing in front of him sneered.

“I'm afraid you are out of time, doc. You either pay up or face the consequences.”

There was a brief silence as Dr. Kris pondered on what to do next.

Since he was a kid he had always wanted to be a doctor so he could help those that required medical assistance but had no money.

His passion had inspired him to excel in medical school and to graduate at the top of his class.

He worked as a doctor for several years in a few hospitals before he learned that the Wilkins family had decided to sell off their hospital.

He had excitedly pulled together all his life savings to pay the initial sum that the Wilkins were asking for.
