6. Starting a Routine and the Seven Day Mission

The first rays of sunlight began to spill over the rooftops and filter through the cracks in Kael’s bedroom window, waking him up earlier than usual. Unlike before, when he would still feel heavy and tired even after a full night’s rest, today he opened his eyes feeling completely refreshed. His muscles felt relaxed yet firm, and a steady flow of warmth seemed to circulate gently beneath his skin.

Description: Follow the training guidelines provided by the System every day for the next seven days. Consistently build endurance, strength, and flexibility until your body reaches its maximum potential for the current Level. Duration: 7 Days. Progress: 0%. Requirements:

- Run at least 5 km daily

- Perform strength training for 45 minutes daily. 

- Practice energy circulation technique for 20 minutes daily.

Kael read through the details carefully, a determined expression forming on his face. “Seven days of consistent training… that sounds like a lot of work, but the reward is worth it. Fifty EXP will almost be enough to reach Level 2, and more importantly, it says it will build my foundation,” he thought to himself.

He quickly got dressed and headed outside before the heat of the day became too intense. The air was still cool and fresh, perfect for exercise. According to the system’s guidance, he began his first task: running.

At first, he set a steady pace, remembering not to push too hard right from the start. With his current Agility stat, covering distance felt far easier than it used to. His legs moved smoothly, and his breathing remained even and controlled.
