Chapter 6

Angela turned back, frowning. It was Raymond Hunter, the son of another mafia boss.

Raymond, a hulking figure of a man, possesses immense strength. His broad shoulders and thickly muscled arms seem almost sculpted from granite.

Angela's father has always wanted her to marry Raymond Hunter so Hunter and Miretti could combine the top gang. But Angela doesn't love him talkless about marrying him.

" Hope I haven't gotten this guy into trouble now? What's Raymond going to do to this man now?" Angela started thinking of what was going to happen, rubbing her hands together.

She cleared her throat and was about to talk when Ethan smiled, moved forward a bit, and reached his hand to Raymond.

" Hi, Raymond, I'm Angela's boyfriend," he said.

Angela was surprised.

" What is Ethan doing? Why would he call himself my boyfriend after seeing Raymond? What's wrong with him? And I told him to leave already. Why is he proving sturgeons" she said to herself.

Angela's friend, Emily, was also surprised. She gazed at Ethan as he moved closer to Raymond.

" You are gone already," She said to herself, smiling.

Angela moved closer to Ethan and whispered in his ear.

" Ethan, leave this place. Raymond is not your mate. I understand that I asked you to act like my boyfriend but just leave. Please, Ethan" Angela said.

Hearing this, Ethan nodded in disagreement and said," No, I'm not going to leave. At this time, I'm your boyfriend".

Angela faced Raymond and said," He's just one of my friends. He doesn't know you, that's why he's doing that. Just let this slide, Raymond. I'm going to talk to him."

Ethan blocked Angela by staying at her front. He gazed at Raymond, and said," I'm her boyfriend".

Angel stepped back. She looked at Emily and noticed She was smiling. She frowned at her and said," Why are you smiling at him? Are you happy with what's happening or why are you smiling?

Emily breathed in and out. She stopped smiling. Then, she said," I'm sorry ".

Raymond was surprised to hear Ethan claimed to be Angela's boyfriend.

His face changed. Then, he put on a smile, pretending to be happy.

He reached out his hand to Ethan and grabbed Ethan's.

" Nice meeting you," he said, pinching Ethan's hand hard.

Everyone sees Raymond as a very strong man who knows how to fight a lot. He's the son of a mafia boss, so fighting, and killing is his hobby. He fights a lot.

He's an expert in mixed martial arts and he's strong. Pinching his hand, he thought Ethan was going to scream out of pain.

As he pinched his hand, Ethan put on a smile- as if Raymond was just a very weak man.

" How's that possible? I'm one of the strongest people in this city. How can this one man not feel my pinching? Raymond said to himself, pinching Ethan's hand Harder.

The hard he pinched his hands, Ethan was just smiling.

" How's this possible?" He said to himself.

Raymond was surprised. Seeing this, Raymond's face turned red. He became angry.

Ethan smiled, took back his hand so easily, and said," Why are you so enthusiastic about me?"

Raymond was still angry. He looked at Ethan's hand and gave a fake smile.

Then he asked, "Who are you?"

"Me? Are you asking who I am? I'm a nameless person, Raymond" Ethan replied, smiling.

" Nameless person? " Emily said loudly, putting on a smile.

Angela also was shocked.

" Why can't he just mention his name and get out of this place? How can Ethan say this to Raymond? He's stronger than him and he's a good fighter. Ethan is not his mate in terms of fighting" She said to herself moving closer to Ethan once again.

" Can you please stop this, Ethan? Raymond is the son of a mafia boss. He's not going to forgive you the way you are doing, Ethan. You are no match to him" She said.

Ethan chuckled, getting Raymond more angry.

People are already snapping, videoing what's going on between the two of them.

" Raymond is a very good fighter. He's going to beat the hell out of that man" a woman said.

Another man beside her replied," Don't judge a book by its cover. You can't say how strong he is by just looking at him. Didn't you see the way Raymond pinched his hand when they shook and he didn't shout? He must be strong also."

A lady, wearing long jeans said," So, Raymond is going to beat that cute guy?"

" Let's see," another lady said.

" What did you just say?" Raymond asked again, facing Ethan.

Smiling again, Ethan replied," I'm a nameless person ".

Raymond felt offended. He said," I think you are a very good fighter. Would you like to have a nice fight with me?"

Ethan looked at Raymond and asked," Do you want to fight with me for free?"

Raymond. Then, he said," Let's have a nice fight with you. Don't be a coward".

Angela was shocked when she heard Raymond mention fighting. She knew for sure that Raymond was going to finish off Ethan.

" Ethan has finally got himself into big trouble. I have to stop Raymond right now before he ends his life. Raymond is a man of no mercy. He's not going to listen to me anymore as soon as they start fighting," Angela said, moving closer to Raymond.

Emily looked at Ethan surprisedly. She looked at Ethan from head to toe and breathed heavily.

"Mere looking at him, he won't be as strong as Raymond. Raymond is an expert on MMA and he has even killed over eight people at underground fights. The best thing for Ethan is to say no and leave. Or else, he may end up dying in Raymond's hand"Emily mused to herself.

Angela stayed in front of Raymond and said," Raymond, stop Please. Don't mind him. He's not in his right mind. Just do as if nothing of such has happened. Don't forget that we are at a party. Just let it slide "

Raymond replied," Let him talk by himself. Are you in?"

Ethan chucked. He put his right hand on Angela's shoulder, making Raymond feel more embarrassed and angry. He gazed at Raymond and said," OK".
