“Get up!” Quin grabbed Austin with both hands and then he pushed him against the car beside him, causing him to grunt in pain.

“I am only going to ask once, Austin. Where is your sister?” He asked, but Austin refused to speak.

He was upset, but he still decided to give him one more chance to tell him what he wanted to hear.

“Where is your sister, Damn it?!”

“I don’t know! I haven’t seen her since two days!”

“That’s a lie!” Quin grabbed Austin’s head with both hands and broke the side mirror of the car with it.

“My head! My head! It’s bleeding!” Austin cried, placing his hand on the wound on his forehead.

“I am not going to ask again, Austin. I am just going to continue hitting you until you decide to tell me where your sister is.” Quin lifted his hand to hit Austin, and he held up his hand to stop him at once.

“Stop! Stop, okay?!” Austin was afraid, but he was still not ready to speak.

“Are you ready to speak now?” Quin asked and he nodded in response.

“Good.” Quin let go of him

Quin moved closer to Pamela’s husband. “This is a very tough one.” He said, and then he turned to Pamela. She heard what he said even though he had spoken in a very low tone. Quin’s utterance made her a bit worried, and she inched closer to him. “Can you help us? Does my husband have any chance of ever getting better?” She wasn’t sure of the answer that she could get, but she was hoping that she was going to get a response from him as soon as possible. Quin looked at the man closely. He wanted to give his wife a response, but he wanted to be sure of the most suitable answer to give to her.He sighed and said, “Let’s be hopeful, Mrs. Olsen. I will have to find out the reason why he is this way.”Pamela was unsatisfied with the response she got from Quin, but it was better than hearing nothing at all.She nodded and turned to her husband. “My poor baby.” She whimpered and sniffled, trying so hard not to cry. Quin inched closer to Pamela’s husband and observed him for the umpteenth t

Pamela wiped the last drop of tears that fell from her eyes. “My husband has a very strange disease, Doctor Quin. We have taken him to different hospitals, but none of the Doctors who checked him were able to say what was wrong with him.”Quin sighed while he remained silent. Pamela had expected him to react to everything she had told him, but he seemed not to be in the mood to say even a word. “I am begging, Doctor Quin! We have spent all the money we have! I don’t want to lose my husband! I have children!” Pamela pleaded, struggling not to shed more tears. Quin was sympathetic even though he refused to show it. After the encounter he had with Nam and his wife and father-in-law, he didn’t think it was wise for him to have that kind of experience. “I know that I am asking for too much, Doctor Quin. But you are the last person that I haven’t gone to. I have heard about you, everyone says you can cure any type of illness.” Pamela was relentless, eager to convince the Doctor to go wi

Emily was very shocked when she heard what Quin said. “You can’t ask me to leave, Quin. I am your wife.” She said, causing Quin to scoff.“You never wanted to be my wife, Emily. Stop acting like you have ever wanted this marriage.” “Don’t say that, Quin! I was only scared that you were not going to be able to take care of me. After today, I think I know better.” Emily said in her defense, walking behind Quin as he got into the building. Quin ignored her. His only interest was to go to his room and get some sleep. “I am not going, Quin. This is my husband’s house and I am saying.” Emily said with a firm tone, climbing the stairs with Quin who turned to look at her with a smirk on his face. “I see you are quite stubborn amidst other things, Emily. But if you decide to stay here, then it means that you will be on your own. Don’t act like you see me whenever our paths cross, and I will act like you don’t exist.”“What?!” Emily was taken aback. She expected to hear some other thing fr

Lord Farrell roared as soon as he saw Quin. “You!” He growled, pointing at him while he marched forward.“How are you still alive?” He asked, and seeing the blood all over Quin’s body, he was forced to stop. Quin turned to Emily. “I will be right back.” He said, but she shook her head in disagreement. “Come back! Come and set me free!” She said loudly and whimpered, but Quin continued moving toward the old man.“This madness needs to stop, Lord Farrell! Give up!” Quin said calmly, but the old man didn’t look like he was ready to budge. “You wounded my son and beat him like a child, Quin!”“I had no choice, Lord Farrell. He could have killed me, I already told you that.” “You lie! You intentionally beat him to a pulp” The old man growled, and then he unsheathed his sword to attack.Quin scoffed. “You are too weak to fight, Lord Farrell. That’s not going to help you in any way.” Lord Farrell knew that Quin was telling the truth, but he was too stubborn to let go. He turned to his b

Quin turned at once and saw two giants marching aggressively toward him. With them were two dogs that started barking as soon as they saw Quin. The only reason why the dogs couldn’t attack Quin was because of the leash that were held onto by the giants.Their sharp canines showed as they tried to free themselves from the tight holds of the giants.Quin sighed. “What the hell?” He muttered, staring at the dogs with his eyes wide open. The Giants didn’t look like they talked. Their only mission was to kill Quin who had taken a few steps backward, and only stopped when he was convinced that there was enough space between him and the dangerous-looking dogs. The barking continued, reverberating through the hallway as Quin stared at the brutal animals. Then the giants released them, and they bolted toward Quin aggressively, causing him to take a stance while he got ready for them. The dogs jumped almost at the same time and pounced on him.Quin was only able to kick one down, but the oth

Even though Emily had never said anything nice to Quin, she didn’t deserve to be hurt.Quin saw the tears in her eyes and felt bad for her. “I am going to get you out.” He promised, but Emily didn’t believe in his words. She saw the men who looked like they were about to attack him, and she couldn't believe that Quin was going to stand a chance with them.Quin turned to the old man. “I need you to set her free, Lord Farrell! You have to set her free.”“Not a chance, Quin. Do you have the stone?” The old man asked and Quin reached for his pocket at once.He took out the black stone and showed it to her. “This is what you are looking for. Just let her go and I will hand it over to you.” Lord Farrell laughed wryly “I am not a fool, Quin! Don’t think I am going to fall for your pranks. Hand over that stone and I will set your wife free. We are going to make the exchange right here and now. Except you don’t want her to live.” Lord Farrell turned to Emily and grabbed the dagger that one
