Derek manages to maintain a good disposition during the meeting which is scheduled to last for an hour, twenty minutes. Here, he is getting introduced to the senior officials of the Deonz company  as their new boss.

It wouldn't stop here as each one of them will have to introduce themselves to him as well. Andrea being the only person left.

"I wished I could see the the junior staff today!" He said during the meeting.

"We are sorry," the Director General stands up to reply. "We weren't informed earlier of your arrival, sir. They are on break, not within the vicinity of this company. Perhaps we can organize for you to meet with them another day?"

He leaves his statement as a question, waiting for Derek to reply.

"No problem, I'll communicate to my personal manager who will get to you when next I'm coming." He tells him.

"Okay sir." He replies and sits down.

The meeting finishes after the series of events fixed with the time set is exhausted. Now Derek can return home to meet with his family, get to know what's really happening between his wife and Sancho. Sancho is a popular name in California, apart from being popular as a senior staff working in his company, he is a popular personality in his own rights, prior to his beauty and fluency in speech.

But then he receives a call. It's his family secretary. Being a wealthy family, they had a secretary employed to communicate to each member of the family any news available for them.

Derek's granddad who is currently the head of the family is too old to be calling and talking with everyone.

He picks up the call readily unsure of what will be said.

"Hello sir, you are requested to come home right after the meeting. Mr Dawson wants to meet with you!"

He almost grunts, but then realizes his new position and that he is in public. He is in the vicinity of the company with people likely to watch him from their offices and the CCTV control room. He composes himself.

Turning to Aurelius, he frowns. That's the only one he can communicate his feelings to right now.

"What's that?" Aurelius asks in a slow tone to prevent the person calling him from hearing.

Derek then makes a gesture to him to calm down, he was going to tell him soon after the call. It didn't take long when the call ended.

"My granddad wants to see me." He says with a frustrated tone.

Aurelius is surprised on hearing this, he wonders why he should be upset at such a request.

"Perhaps he wants to ask how the meeting went on and some other things concerning your new position. You haven't met with him for years, so he just wants to have some time with you."

"I know but I didn't inform my family I'm coming here, I just wanted to surprise them. After leaving the company, I took a train here straight, to take over the position and return as soon as possible."

"Oh!" Aurelius opens his eyes wide. "I get what you are trying to mean now. Well, meeting with your grandfather is more important. If your family, that's your wife, is really bothered about where you are, she can call."

"I don't want her to call when I'm with Mr. Dawson." He makes everything a bit formal at this moment.

Aurelius is just so confused at where he is heading to at this point.

"Why don't you want her to call?" He asks.

This prompts Derek to gaze at Aurelius more steadily as if to analyze if he was worthy of being trusted with some confidential information. It didn't stop at this, it seems he wanted to be more sure.

"Can I trust you with my personal information?" He asks. Of course Aurelius wouldn't dare to betray him with his position now, he could just say a word and he gets arrested.

Still, he has to confirm that he is trustworthy before telling him what he has in mind.

"You can trust me, I wouldn't ever reveal what you tell me to anyone, not even your grandfather."

"Good!" He gives him a thumbs-up.

"I don't have a perfect family. Since I was poor, my wife and her mother would disrespect me, so this might be revealed if she should call in granddad's presence."

He takes a heavy breath in and out, shaking his head slightly as if he was stressed out, before continuing.

"He might just ask who it is and knowing he is my wife, he would be excited to speak with her." He smiles, a forced smile in the midst of pains.

Aurelius can imagine what he is going through, he can't help but to feel sorry for him.

"She might not know who it is speaking to her and she would disrespect him."

"Oh, that's the truth!" Aurelius affirms. "You can switch off your phone while talking with Mr Dawson. I think the meeting wouldn't last more than one hour."

"How are you sure?" Derek asks him. He is amazed that Aurelius should be confirming the time the meeting would take as if he was Dawson himself.

Aurelius smiles.

"You know your granddad is an old man and he doesn't love long discussions, I have been with him for over years, so I know almost all about his lifestyle."

"What if he decides to give me a special treat and last longer?"

"You can inform him that you have something to do, which will require you going back as soon as possible."

"Okay."

Aurelius had called one of their official drivers to come pick them. Aurelius can't ride his despatch motorcycle with the expensive suit he is putting on. It would look so abnormal.

The Limousine is brought, one of the most expensive cars now owned by Derek. Before it belonged to Mr Dawson. The despatch motorcycle is carried into the Limousine.

"I'll be putting on my old clothes and riding while going home." He tells Aurelius.

"I can't wait to get back."

"Is it mainly because of Sancho?" Aurelius questions.

"Yes."
