The zombies' small bodies and agile speed allow them to easily pass through obstacles, fully demonstrating their advantages in close combat sneak attacks.

The people in the gathering point had lost all the courage to mount anymore resistance. Faced with the tide of zombies, they could only retreat with all their might, wailing and screaming for help.

The massacre was going on, and in an instant, the three survivors were surrounded by zombies.

The youngest and strongest man among them immediately swung the iron rod in his hand, beat back a zombie, and then quickly hid behind the other two.

The other two guys who had no time to react were swarmed and knocked down by the surging zombies. They were pressed to the ground, with the zombies taking pounds of flesh out of their bodies.

"Aaaargh……" The oldest man didn't even have time to finish screaming before his neck was bitten off by the zombies. With a bloody and shrill scream, he was dragged into the dark night by the zombies.

Another survivor was still struggling frantically, waving the crude weapon in his hand to fight off the zombies, but there were too many of them. Five or six zombies attacked his neck, shoulders, hands and feet at the same time, and even his stomach was bitten.

The severe pain caused the man to let out a sharp scream. He was no longer able to resist and soon became the second person to be knocked down.

The zombies tore his arms apart, and their foul mouths bit into his wounds frantically. The loss of a large amount of blood made him wail wildly. He had no choice but to turn his eyes to Wallace behind him for help, making the most miserable pleas. “Help, help me… ah, it hurts!”

"Sorry, I can't save you!" Facing his companions' cries for help, Wallace's face became extremely distant. He indifferently shifted his gaze and looked towards the area where the zombies were most concentrated. His heart sank when he saw the scene

The entire gathering point had been completely overrun by zombies. A large number of them were rushing frantically into every passage. At this rate, it wouldn't be long before every corner of the first floor of the warehouse would be occupied by zombies. By then, there wouldn't even be a place free to step on.

"Damn it, why are there so many zombies coming out together? This is completely different from before!" Wallace was a little dumbfounded. Even with his powerful fighting ability as a deviant, he couldn't help but feel a chill in his heart and couldn't think of any strategy to fight these undead.

Just as his expression kept changing and he was thinking about whether or not to get rid of these burdens and escape alone, he caught a glimpse of a tongue of fire from the area behind a section of the warehouse, which suddenly hit the floor heavily.

After the banging sound, the mouth of the bottle filled with gasoline immediately shattered, forming a large ball of fire on the ground.

As the gasoline spread, the flames licked rapidly, igniting several zombies in an instant and forcing back a few of the zombies that were about to rush in front of the other survivors.

Who’s setting the fire? Wallace asked himself, and he subconsciously looked behind him at the place where the gasoline bottle was thrown from. Soon he saw Ryan, who he assigned to the back door, standing on a high ground and constantly throwing gasoline bottles at this side.

These bottles looked inconspicuous, but they were filled with gasoline. After being thrown repeatedly in quick succession, they drew parabolas in the air and finally fell in the area where the zombies were most concentrated, shattering wildly.

A strong smell of gasoline emanated from every exploded bottle, and when ignited by the flames, it instantly formed thick tongues of fire, completely igniting the many zombies that had squeezed their way in.

Although zombies have no sense of pain, they have a natural fear of fire. When they saw a large amount of flames burning, they began to roar angrily and actually retreated on their own initiative.

Not only did this guy guard the back door, but he even had the energy to come here to help? Wallace looked at Ryan, who was like cyborg soldier and easily forced back the zombies' attack. His face was extremely gloomy, and he thought to himself. It seems that he really has some skill.

He had deliberately sent Ryan to guard the back door in order to use the zombies coming from the back door to eliminate the guy who challenged his authority. But surprisingly, not only did he not die, but he came up with such a solution in desperation and came to the front to intervene in the battle here.

That at least showed that Ryan’s current abilities were by no means as simple as they appear on the surface.

Wallace was in a bad mood because Ryan's various actions seemed to pose a threat to his authority. But he still had that elegant smile on his face. He pushed through the survivors behind him and walked towards where Ryan threw the gasoline bottle and shouted, "Good work, Ryan. That's a brilliant idea."

Facing Wallace's verbal praise, Ryan's expression was indifferent. He shook his head and replied nonchalantly, "We need to leave now. The gasoline won't last long. Soon these zombies will come again."

Wallace knew the fire could only drive away the zombies for a short time. It would eventually burn out, and the zombies outside would inevitably take action again. "Okay, everyone, back to the second floor and guard the staircase."

At this critical juncture, Wallace no longer cared about Ryan's attitude. He quickly waved his hand and asked the survivors to follow him to the second floor.

At this time, Ryan also threw the last bottle of gasoline at the entrance of the stairs and quickly evacuated the first floor with the survivors.

Behind him, was Yasmin with a dull expression, as if she had suffered some psychological blow. She just followed the team silently without saying a word from beginning to end.

Soon, the crowd retreated collectively to the second floor, holding on to the only staircase. Looking at the zombies struggling and stepping back in the flames. Everyone's face was filled with joy of surviving a disaster.

It was not easy. In the first attack of the zombies, they suffered at least ten casualties. Although they managed to kill quite a few of the undead, the number of survivors also decreased accordingly.

There were only two-thirds of the people left, and facing nearly a hundred zombies, they were almost ready to be slaughtered. If Ryan had not rushed out in time and used gasoline and fire to drive back the tide, the number of casualties would probably have increased further.

The battle was too brutal. These ordinary survivors had no way to deal with the zombies and could only place their hopes on Wallace and Ryan. After all, one of them was a deviant and the other had just helped everyone avoid a disaster. They were the only reliable people here.

But Ryan had no time for praise. "Don't waste your energy. The fire won't stop the zombies for long. There will be a second attack soon."

Although these words were cruel, everyone knew that what Ryan said was true.

Even Wallace, who always looked down on Ryan, took the initiative to walk towards him at this time, cleared his throat and asked, "Do you have any good ideas?"

The twin 120mm anti-aircraft bunkers in the base quickly adjusted their gun barrels and aimed at the alien snakes that were being bombarded by 35mm anti-aircraft guns in the sky. These heavy anti-aircraft guns also joined in decisively, and the 120mm shells exploded in the sky, creating clouds of black smoke and causing huge damage to the alien snakes. The strange snakes screamed in the sky, unaware that when their fragile bodies faced professional anti-aircraft fire, their numerical advantage made them nothing more than human anti-aircraft guns. Any damage sustained at high altitude would easily cause them to lose lift and fall from thousands of meters to the ground. No matter how strong their bodies were, the strange snakes would only become mincemeat."Haha! Haha! Brothers! Our reinforcements have arrived! Let's wipe them out!" The pilots of the scythe walking mechs excitedly charged out. One second they had to prepare to die for their lives, and the next they were beating a drow

The cannon-thunder beasts, located at the rear of the battlefield, began to move slowly. They had seen that the human defenses' artillery firepower was completely restricted, and this was their chance. The cannon-thunder beasts excitedly strode towards the human defenses. When the strange snakes in the sky saw their heavy artillery deployed, they attacked even more enthusiastically."Ammunition! Ammunition!" The heavy machine gunner shouted. He looked back and found that he was the only one left in the entire firing point. All his comrades had rushed into the trenches to fight. They had to stop the assault beasts that had rushed into the trenches. The heavy machine gunner quickly took two ammunition belts from an ammunition box and hung them on his body. He ran to the twin-mounted heavy machine gun, opened the magazine, and quickly changed ammunition. The more joyful the heavy machine gun was firing, the more tragic the reloading process was. "Get down, you brat, are you out of your mind!" A squad leader in the trench pulled his soldier back. Above their heads, a dozen strange snakes swooped down. Looking at the snakes' sharp claws glowing with dark green light, it was clear that a light scratch from those claws would be enough to kill them."Don't let the heavy machine guns stop firing, wipe them out!" The second company commander's eyes were bloodshot. The attack by the alien snakes was far more terrifying than they had anticipated. The alien snakes had attacked several times, not only disrupting their combat capabilities but also filling them with even greater fear. It seemed as if they were already surrounded by the enemy.Originally, the No. 1 position on the side wanted to provide them with fire support, but then they were attacked by a flank force sent out by the enemy, which forced them to be unable to provide artillery support. A large number of alien snakes also interfered with the No. 1 position. The anti-aircr

"What's wrong? Are you surprised?" He Tianmin looked at Lin Qingdai, Song Shan, and Gong Ruizhen, who had been frightened and stood aside. He suddenly remembered that in order to save people and minimize the incident, they had attributed what Ryan and the others had done to the police and armed police, and that was the explanation given when the news was released.“How could so many people be killed? It’s impossible. Last time they came to ambush me and their motorcycle gang, there were at most a dozen people. It couldn’t be three hundred people. It’s impossible.” Lin Qingdai said loudly, her emotions breaking down. Lin Qingdai’s shout startled Song Shan and Gong Ruizhen, who were standing to the side. They suddenly remembered that Ryan had never hidden her identity as an adventurer team. But adventurer teams didn't have a good reputation among the people. They were basically a bunch of ruthless people who risked their lives. Adventurer murders were no longer rumors, but multiple in

A series of crisp and calm bells rang out in the school. The children rushed out of the classroom excitedly. Many children played and laughed in the aisle. The teachers saw the children's joy and laughter and felt a sense of relaxation. These days, not only the teachers were depressed, but the whole city was depressed. In the past few days, Lianshan City has been besieged by a large number of mutated beasts. The second line of defense was also under fierce attack by the enemy, and the situation was not optimistic. The troops stationed on the outskirts of Lianshan City have not been fully restored. Seeing the constant roar of ammunition in front of the human positions, the mutated beasts temporarily began to retreat. They didn't need to waste their lives on this powerless human artillery barrage; their choice was to quickly launch an assault from the unprotected areas of the human positions."Hurry up, the enemy won't let us get away with this easily!" The soldiers on the front lines all breathed a sigh of relief. Looking at the piles of corpses around them, they silently piled the Assault Beast corpses in front of the trench, using the enemy's bodies to form a wall. Of course, they didn't forget an important task: to recover the energy crystals from the enemy's bodies. This is arguably the only area where the war yielded some gains. Otherwise, if humanity had continued its war of attrition against the mutated beasts, it would have been completely depleted. Fortunately, humanity is not lacking in geniuses. They utilized energy crystals to bring about tremendous development in
