Chris's eyes narrowed as he surveyed the battlefield. "Nineteen beasts, all at the perfect stage of Qi Condensation." A slight, confident smile tugged at his lips.

[Note: Perfect Stage = Peak Of Current Realm, Breakthrough Into The Next Realm A Step Away.]

"All this one na welcoming event for me, for breaking through abii?" He clenched his fists tightly, feeling the fresh surge of power coursing through his veins. (All this is a welcoming event for me after breaking through, right?)

From the surrounding forest and rocky hills, monstrous roars suddenly erupted, shaking the very air. A massive horde of beasts—ferocious Iron-hide Bulls, agile Shadow Panthers, savage Grey Wolves, brutish Venom Spike Apes, lightning-fast Lightning Wolves, and countless other vicious creatures—charged toward him like a relentless tidal wave of fangs, claws, and primal fury.

"Oya ohh! Make we dance!" Chris declared boldly. (Oya ohh! Let’s dance!)

The Naija youth summoned his Grade 4 Katana from the system screen and charged straight into the oncoming horde, shattering the air with a burst of raw, explosive power. Instead of retreating, he plunged headfirst into the heart of the enemy.

"SHEPE!"

[Voice Of The Streets Activated.]

The powerful sonic wave blasted outward, staggering the front line of beasts. Unlike the weaker creatures he had faced before, these were far more advanced, and the sonic attack only seemed to fuel their bloodlust, amplifying their strength and ferocity.

Three Lightning Wolves broke through the chaos and attacked from different angles with deadly coordination.

[Rhythmic Combat Intuition Activated.]

Chris spun gracefully, dodging two of the wolves' lightning-fast strikes, but the third clamped its powerful jaws onto his left shoulder.

"Argh, you get mind oh," he growled, staring the wolf dead in the eyes. (Argh, you’ve got guts.)

Without hesitation, he drove his blade straight through the wolf’s skull. The creature’s eyes widened violently before rolling back. Chris yanked his katana free, and a fountain of blood gushed out. With a heavy thud, the beast collapsed lifelessly to the ground.

"Naija Heritage: Shield Of Shege!" he summoned.

A protective barrier materialized just in time to block a combined charge from four Iron-hide Bulls.

**Boom!** The ground shattered beneath the impact.

The tremendous force sent him skidding backward nearly twenty meters, blood spraying from his mouth.

The beasts showed no fear or hesitation. They came in endless waves—clawing, biting, smashing, and spitting deadly venom.

[5x Recovery Maxed Out.]

[Host Body Status: Cracked Bones, Internal Bleeding, Loss Of Blood: 30%.]

[Estimated Time To Full Recovery — 30:00.]

Yet Chris pushed forward relentlessly, fighting like a demon possessed.

"I go break all of una today!" the Naija youth roared. (I will break all of you today!)

"Naija Heritage: Pressure Of Tinubu!" He smashed two Venom Spike Apes into bloody paste with overwhelming force.

"Blade Art: One Blade, Ten Thousand Cries!" Chris planted his feet firmly, his right hand tightening around the katana’s hilt. Foundation Qi overflowed from his body as the air around him seemed to melt. Cracks spiderwebbed across the earth.

A group of Shadow Panthers lunged at him. With a single, silent swing, his katana tore open the ground. One strike multiplied into thousands of phantom blades, slicing the panthers into pieces of meat.

More panthers advanced. Chris weaved through their attacks with pure streetwise instincts, vanishing from sight only to reappear behind them and deliver devastating counterstrikes. The entire mountain shook violently as boulders were uprooted and massive trees were hurled through the air.

But nineteen perfect-stage beasts were no joke.

Thirty minutes later, Chris was breathing heavily, his body drenched in blood—some his, but mostly theirs. Deep gashes marred his chest and back, and his left arm hung slightly limp from the effects of the venom coursing through his veins.

Surrounded on the cracked and devastated earth, he suddenly let out a loud, defiant laugh.

"This welcoming party too sweet! But at the end of the day, I be Naija boy—I no be normal person, I be craze boy!" he shouted. (This welcoming party is too sweet! … I’m a Naija boy—I’m not a normal person, I’m a crazy boy!)

Chris dashed forward toward the beasts that were already heavily injured and bleeding profusely.

[No Pain-No Gain Full Capacity Engaged.]

[Special Buff Activated.]

[Note: The more damage you take, the stronger and faster your body will respond.]

[Side Effect: Temporary Weakness To Foundation Realm.]

His eyes turned bloodshot with intense battle lust. The fight grew even more savage and brutal.

Spit dripped from a Venom Spike Ape’s mouth as it struggled helplessly in Chris’s iron grip. Using the ape as a living club, he smashed two other beasts aside with bone-crushing force.

A Lightning Wolf’s thunderbolt struck him directly in the chest, but he endured the searing pain and countered at point-blank range.

"SHEPE!"

The wolf’s head detonated in a spray of blood and lightning.

[Warning: Host Body Severely Damaged.]

[Suggestion: Run Away.]

"I No DEY RUN ANYWHERE, SYSTEM!" Chris yelled defiantly. (I’M NOT RUNNING ANYWHERE, SYSTEM!)

One by one, the numbers dwindled.

Only three beasts remained: two massive Iron-hide Bulls and a powerful Alpha Lightning Wolf.

The Bulls charged furiously while the Alpha called down a thick, crackling pillar of lightning.

The Naija youth grinned fiercely, both feet planted deep into the ground, sweat evaporating from his heated skin as blood dripped steadily from his chin.

"Naija Heritage: Pressure Of Tinubu, Full Power!"

A giant brown sword the size of a three-storey building materialized in the stormy sky. The clouds parted as the overwhelming pressure of otherworldly energy pinned the remaining beasts to the ground.

"GO TO HELL, BASTARDS!" Chris roared with everything he had.

He slammed the colossal sword down with all his remaining strength.

BOOOOOOOOM!!!

The entire battlefield was flattened in an instant. Trees were uprooted and hurled away, rocks turned to dust, and the final three beasts were crushed mercilessly into the earth like flattened pies.

The Naija youth lay flat on the rocky ground as the dust slowly settled. The air was thick with the metallic smell of blood, sweat, and scorched ash.

With his chest heaving, Chris forced himself up onto one knee. His body was a mess of cuts and bruises, yet a satisfied smile broke across his face.

"African, Naija, una boy no fall hand. It wasn't easy—but God pass them," he muttered. (African, Naija, your boy didn’t disappoint… but God is greater than them.)

As the dust continued to settle, something unusual caught his eye. Where the final lightning bolt had struck during the battle, a large section of the mountainside had collapsed, revealing a perfectly hidden stone archway covered in brown vines and glowing ancient runes.

The archway pulsed with mysterious, dark energy.

"After all this fighting, na so you open up for me?" Chris whispered. (After all this fighting, so this is how you open up for me?)

He took one step forward. Suddenly, the world spun violently. All the accumulated damage—from the breakthrough, the brutal twenty-beast horde fight, the blood loss, venom, and cracked bones—crashed down on him at once like a collapsing mountain.

"Chaii, I don mess up today. This world sweet but... I miss my family," Chris murmured weakly. (Chaii, I’ve messed up today. This world is sweet but...)

His vision blurred. His knees buckled. He tried to grab the stone arch for support but missed.

Thud!

He fell heavily onto the rocky ground, right in front of the void’s entrance, and lost consciousness.
