Melissa’s felt her firsts clench at the mention of Nathan’s name. “I know he bribed you into this, Katherine. You wouldn’t do this without an external force. Is your father even aware?”

“Does it matter whether or not my father is aware? And if you want answers so much, why don’t you ask Nathan.”

“That conniving bastard, I’m going to sue Nathan till he has no penny left.” Melissa resolved and Katherine laughed.

“You really like throwing that word around, right? So do it, sue Nathan. And I know you’re fully aware the type of man he is. He has never ever lost a law suit. He knows how to maneuver his way, so you might be the one loosing all your money.” Katherine stated and Melissa’s anger doubled because Nathan was a fucking thorn in the flesh and also because Katherine was right, there was no winning against him.

But there had to be a way around this. Which meant she had to speak to Nathan.
