Chapter 4

Kyra stared at Kaiden with a fierce look in her eyes. Before, she was happy when Kaiden had left. But Kaiden's arrival made her even angrier. "How could you come back and yell in front of us? Don't you have any shame?" Kyra folded her arms, a look of arrogance on her face.

Kyra smiled sarcastically, watching Kaiden with up-and-down eye movements. "Did you come wanting to be a hero here for this woman? Apparently, you have gained the courage to speak in my presence."

Kaiden gave Kyra a cold stare. But he showed his calm face. He did not care enough about Kyra's words. Even he secretly looked at Rihanna. This was the first time they had met.

A worry flashed through Kaiden's mind towards Rihanna. Hearing everything Kyra and Lucas had previously said to Rihanna made him angry. He knew that they had made Rihanna's life very bad. Kaiden wrung his hands in anger, thinking of Rihanna's complicated life.

Kyra walked over, watching Kaiden from a few centimeters away. "Did you secretly come to follow me on purpose? Where did you get your guts?"

Kyra examines Kaiden's poor appearance. She even regretted getting a loser husband like him. But he was thinking of becoming a hero for someone else. To her, that was very disgusting.

"Did you come because you wanted to beg me? Maybe I can think of something." Kyra put her finger on her chin. She thought for a while, then said, "I can accept you, but not as a husband. Rather, to be a servant. But you should also kneel and beg me." Kyra could not hold back her laughter once again.

Kyra slightly stretched out her legs to Kaiden. She knew that Kaiden would immediately do as he was told. Of course, being a servant of a beautiful woman like herself was desired by many men, including a foolish man like Kaiden.

Kaiden still stood calmly, but his face showed great anger, especially when she found out that all this time, she had been played by Lucas and Kyra.

Kaiden took something from inside his oversized coat. A sheet of paper and immediately threw it at Kyra's face. "These are the divorce papers, and I have signed them."

Kyra's face fell as Kaiden threw the divorce papers. He could not contain his anger. Until his hand immediately clenched into a tight fist.

"Hey, what are you doing? How dare you do this to me!" Kyra screamed and pointed at Kaiden's face, but Kaiden still looked at her coldly.

Kyra's screams meant nothing to Kaiden. He gave her a sharp glare, then voiced, "We no longer have any relationship after you sign that. Afterward, you can bring any man to your room." Kaiden said sarcastically.

There was no more jealousy and heartache. In fact, he hated Kyra with a passion. A bitch like Kyra doesn't deserve to be in his life.

Kyra's body trembled with anger after hearing Kaiden's rant. She did not expect that a lowly man like Kaiden would dare to say so many bad things to her.

Kyra pointed at Kaiden's face. "You're a fucking man. You shouldn't have said those things to me!" Her teeth were chattering with rage.

It was the same with Lucas. Her face turned red. He walked up to Kaiden and shouted. "You can't just do this. How could you do this to the Adams family? We've been in a relationship for five years. And you can't just divorce Kyra."

Kaiden was disgusted. "Am I supposed to keep this bitch as my wife? And I already know that you've been cheating on me with your granddaughter." Kaiden spoke up loudly.

Kaiden smiled bitterly. "You lowly people. "If I had known everything, I would not have married this bitch." Kaiden pointed at Kyra.

Lucas was surprised. He didn't know when Kaiden had figured out all the scams he'd pulled. Lucas has done it very neatly. And for five years, everything seemed to be safe. Even he knew that Kaiden had just come home, so how could Kaiden know everything?

"You're saying nonsense. You can't do this. You and Kyra can't split up." Lucas tried to resist Kaiden's wishes.

Kaiden spat. "Keep this bitch to be my wife? Of course not. This marriage is just a scam." Kaiden flatly refused.

Kyra couldn't stand it. She again pointed at Kaiden and shouted. "Stop calling me a bitch, damn it!"

Kaiden didn't care about Kyra's yelling. This time, she turned to Rihanna. From earlier, Rihanna looked confused.

Rihanna had no idea who the man was, who suddenly came and gave her a defense. This was the first time someone defended Rihanna. Because before, he had only gotten an injustice. But after hearing the conversation, she knew that the man who had just arrived was Kaiden. Although she had never seen Kaiden's face in person, she had heard that Kyra had married Kaiden five years ago. But she didn't understand why Kaiden came and defended her.

Suddenly, Kaiden walked up to Rihanna. This made Rihanna a little wary. But Kaiden stopped his steps right in front of Rihanna. "I'm sorry. All this time, I didn't know anything, and I really regret it."

Rihanna frowned. She had no idea what Kaiden was saying. Even she did not understand what Kaiden was apologizing for. "What do you mean?"

Kaiden looked grim as he watched Rihanna's stressed face. "I have caused you a lot of trouble. But not now."

Suddenly, Kaiden knelt in front of Rihanna. He took out a diamond ring and showed it to Rihanna. "I want you to be my wife. And come with me. Then you will no longer have the pressure of your entire family."

Kyra and Lucas were shocked. Kyra's body shook again. She just got divorce papers from Kaiden. So how could Kaiden propose to Rihanna, who he hated?

She certainly did not allow this.

Kyra didn't care about Kaiden's life, but seeing Kaiden propose to Rihanna certainly hurt her pride. "She's just a lowly woman, and how can you want her for my replacement?"

Kyra quickly took the diamond ring from Kaiden that Rihanna would give him. "He doesn't deserve this ring."

"All this time, I've been giving him all my money to eat. And you shouldn't have given this ring to that trash." Kyra pointed at Rihanna. Her gaze was filled with emotion.

"You have no right to say bad things to her. I could have slapped you and ripped your mouth off." Kaiden threatened Kyra.

Rihanna shook her head quickly. "No, you can't do that to him." Rihanna was filled with fear. She knew that if Kyra got into trouble because of him, it would be bad for her daughter. And she also did not understand why Kyra's husband defended her fiercely.

Kyra could not stand it. Just because of that damn woman, Kaiden had said such an insult to her. "Before you do, I will do that to you right now."

Kyra raised her hand and prepared to slap Kaiden, but Kaiden quickly restrained Kyra's hand. "don't ever let your filthy hands touch me!”
