Grounded

The week that passed was very stressful for Lucy. Damon didn't get off her feet, asking for kisses and always trying to go further. He stopped when she asked, he didn't use violence and he didn't sulk when she was bothered. He smiled, said he loved her and that was it.

Deep down, Lucy wanted him to behave really badly so she would have a plausible excuse to ask him to get away from her for good. But not! He was loving, increasingly cute. And, in a way, she felt guilty. The man was being what a good boyfriend should be, but she didn't like him and kept imagining it was Brandon she kissed, every time.

'I'm so stupid!', she scolded herself, when they were inside the car and Damon nibbled on her neck, drawing a sigh from Lucy. Because she imagined it was Brandon who was touching her, she ended up sighing and moaning. Damon, of course, thought Lucy was reacting because she liked him.
