There is 4839 charters ….. sorry but I am bowing out. Someone needs to tell the author that that is way to many. I agree that the story line has dramatically changed to something else.
I will finish this book in the slow pace that it takes. A chapter is only a few pages which is really Ridiculous. After finishing this book, I will delete good read off my iPad. It is not worth it.
It is one very long continuous story from China that has been rewritten several times and this is just one of its many incarnation to make it appear more westernized but maintains the centralized Chinese family values and of course trillionares because the Yuan is only worth 15 cents when compared

it's like two different people wrote this. or the author tried to combine two books. the story line was great when it started but someone must have told the author it needed more violence. the original story line has all but been lost to make more chapters than are in some instances not complete.
I like it so far it jus cost so much to read more than a chapter or 2 a day
can't the story find something better for Charlie to do than beat up people. you are spoiling the suspense of the book. get serious!
