Darius woke up later than usual the next day. It was expected as the charity gala had ended later than he expected. However Darius wasn’t bothered. He was the person who donated the most at the charity gala as he spent a whooping sum of $4.1 million; therefore he was granted a one week leave by the University.

Darius decided to visit some of the companies listed under the Reid Consortium after much delay. He spent the days before the charity gala reading through the documents his grandfather sent him regarding the Reid consortium. He hadn’t gone because he had to take care of pressing needs and didn’t have enough time, but now that he was given a week off by the university, he finally had enough time for himself.
