The manager crossed his arms with a smug sneer. “I just told you—this seat is reserved. Leave now.”

Julia’s eyes flashed with anger. “But you should just tell us to move to another seat! Why are you forcing us to leave entirely? This is ridiculous.”

The manager smirked arrogantly. “I am the manager of this place. I can do whatever I want.”

Julia sighed in deep frustration. “Jordan…” Jordan stepped closer. “Sorry for interrupting, but why are you shouting at them?” The manager immediately bowed slightly. “Sir, I want them to leave.” Jordan shook his head firmly. “No, you shouldn’t do that!” He turned to Julia with a soft expression. “If you don’t mind, I can move you both to the VIP section. It’s much quieter and more comfortable.” Julia frowned deeply. She suspected there jordan was up to some

Marcus entered the dimly lit corridor of the National Barracks detention wing, flanked by Natalie and Commander Lee. They stopped before a heavy steel door. Inside was a very dark cell, illuminated only by a single ragged strip of harsh light from a flickering bulb overhead. Wilson huddled in the corner, trembling violently, his face pale with terror. He couldn’t see anything beyond the faint glow. The door suddenly swung open with a loud clang. Bright lights flooded the cell. Wilson blinked rapidly, shielding his eyes. Marcus, Natalie, and Commander Lee stepped inside. Wilson’s eyes widened in recognition. He scrambled forward on his knees, rushing desperately toward Marcus. “Please! Forgive me, Marcus! I didn’t know you were someone important! I swear, I didn’t mean it! Spare me!” Commander Lee moved swiftly and delivered a powerful kick to Wilson’s side, sending him sprawling across the cold floor. “Does not knowing justify you trying to rape someone?” he growled. Wilson ga

Marcus just stared at Travis with cold, unreadable eyes, saying nothing. The silence stretched awkwardly.Jessica sighed in frustration. “You are always doing things with pride. Just for you to show some appreciation, and it’s that hard for you? I regret coming here to save you, Marcus.”Marcus replied calmly, “Yeah, I didn’t ask you to come here for me.”Mrs. Morgan exploded. “Look at this ungrateful rat! I told you, he is worse than you can know. He is wicked and selfish!”Jessica looked at Marcus like he was a stranger, disappointment clear in her eyes. “I have always been wrong about you. You always try to act like you are more than this, always pretending to be rich. You even went all the way to steal just to show off.”Marcus frowned deeply. “Me? Stealing? What the heck are you saying?”Travis jumped in with a smug grin. “Oh, you think we wouldn’t know? You stole the black card you were bluffing with. The owners returned to ask for the card! You are very horrible. Just for show-

Jessica stood frozen, still trying to process everything that had just happened. Her mind was spinning with questions as the Red Tigers efficiently rounded up Wilson and his men, dragging the groaning thugs into armored vehicles. One by one, the criminals were loaded away until only Jessica, Marcus, and Lieutenant Xander remained in the now-quiet compound.Xander turned to Jessica with professional courtesy. “Miss, you should get yourself checked at the National Military Hospital. We’ll arrange immediate treatment and ensure you are fully taken care of.”Jessica blinked in shock at the level of respect and care in his voice. Why were these elite soldiers treating her with such importance?Suddenly, a familiar voice shouted from the entrance. “Jessica! Jessica, are you okay?!”They turned to see Mrs. Morgan and Travis hurrying toward them. Travis had somehow managed to track their location and had rushed here with her mother.Jessica’s eyes filled with tears as she rushed forward and t

More thugs kept pouring into the compound like a never-ending swarm. Over twenty armed men had already flooded in, and another dozen followed behind, their heavy boots thudding against the ground. Guns glinted under the compound lights as they spread out, forming a deadly semicircle around Marcus and Jessica. Jessica’s face turned pale with terror. She clutched Marcus’s arm tightly, her body trembling. “Marcus… what should we do?! We’re going to die! There are too many of them!” Marcus remained calm, his eyes scanning for any possible way out. Just then, Wilson limped out of the house, his face swollen and covered in cuts and bruises. Blood trickled from his split lip as he sneered viciously. “Good… you know that,” Wilson growled, spitting blood. “None of you is leaving here alive!” His remaining men raised their guns, barrels pointed directly at Marcus and Jessica. The air grew thick with tension. Marcus sighed deeply and closed his eyes for a brief moment. One of the beads on

Meanwhile, Mrs. Morgan was still panicking, clutching Travis’s hand so tightly her nails dug into his skin. Tears streamed down her face as she cried, “I can bet you, there is nothing that bastard Marcus can do. He isn’t going to do anything! Travis please save my daughter. I will do anything!”She held his hand even tighter, her body shaking with fear. “You said you know someone from the Langstone family. They are very powerful. If you call and ask for help, they can summon the police in just a snap of a finger. Please help and call the person.”Travis shifted uncomfortably. “But…”Mrs. Morgan cut him off, desperation thick in her voice. “I know you love Jessica. If you do this, I will do anything for you to marry Jessica.”Travis’s head flew up at her words, a spark of ambition flashing in his eyes. The promise hit him hard. Marrying Jessica had always been his deepest desire, and Mrs. Morgan’s offer felt like a golden ticket. But deep inside, he knew this was almost impossible. He
