Mezzle trusted Eren, but with the Commander breathing down on his neck, he didn’t know what he was going to do at that moment.

He looked outside, and he could see that some of the soldiers seemed like they had lost hope.

If he made any mistake, it could cost him so many lives, and he would have to live with the guilt forever.
