Li Yuan welcomed Sky Ling into one of the privacy rooms where there was a circular table in the middle, a bottle of wine and two cups.

Sky Ling took his seat comfortably on the seat, and waited for her to seat opposite him.

"I expected you to come rather earlier, the moon is out." Li Yuan said as she set a huge box on the table. "The earnings."

Ling looked at it for a while, then back at her. "I trust it went well."

She nodded. "It was a string of luck that I was able to send out some whispers at a seconds notice to gather some wealthy pockets. The money here is a total sum of one million gold coins, a more impressive amount than I hoped you expected to make."

Ling reached down and opened the box lid, he could see the gold coins shining back at him. He had never seen so much money or thought he could ever make so much.

He pushed the box back to the young mistress, she could not hide the look of confusion that appeared on her face.
