Chapter 5: I can cure her

Reed came down from the black benz when he stared at the entrance of the re'l edouch castle, a grand castle that exists at the center of the evergreen estate, the multi billion dollar estate owned by the callaway family.

Instead of going through different routes, They arrived at the entrance of the castle.

" Sorry for the Inconveniences mr ryder but the patient is waiting for you inside the castle " Ms nancy voiced out as she came down from the benz, she was followed by her guards but they stopped at the entrance of the castle.

The door leading into the castle was opened for them and they made their way into the castle, reed stared around with a calm look on his face when a young teenage girl ran towards them while panting heavily.

" Big sis, you're back already, where is the doctor ryder that you said you would bring with you? You didn't bring him back? " The young girl asked, she is also a brunette but her face were filled with worries.

" I did lizzie, This is doctor ryder " Ms nancy answered while pointing to reed.

" Huh? this is doctor ryder? are you telling me that this young man who hasn't even reached thirty is doctor ryder that president kim recommended to handle mother's case? are you kidding me? "

The young girl whose name is lizzie callaway asked, she frowned at reed who couldn't help it but smile at her when ms nancy sighed, they were approaching a certain direction while climbing the stairs.

" I tracked his number and I can confirm he is the doctor ryder that president kim recommended but it doesn't hurt to check him out, mr ryder....It's this way " Ms nancy said when reed smiled.

" Thank you but I'm curious about what illness is your mother facing that would warrant you not to take her to the hospital, the fact that she isn't in the hospital now....Is there something that you don't want to be revealed? "

Reed asked with a curious look on his face.

" You guessed right, my Mother fell sick a few days ago and till now she hasn't recovered, we brought in top class doctors but many of them couldn't find the source of her illness, we don't want it be revealed "

" Please if you can't possibly treat my mother then I will pay you handsomely to keep it a secret from the world " Ms nancy said as they reached the second floor of the grand castle while walking through the hallway.

" Hmph, I doubt he can treat mother....what do you think someone without experience can do even when those with experience couldn't? we brought in high class doctors and yet they failed, what If this quack kills mother? "

" You need to stop this sister " Lizzie complained when reed giggled softly.

" Sorry for Interuppting young lady but just because I am quite young doesn't make me a quack, I haven't even seen your mother so I can't confirm if I can treat her or not " Reed uttered calmly.

" Hmph, this is my first time seeing a quack with pride but if anything happens to my mother then I will make sure you suffer for it " Lizzie affirmed, trying to instill fear in the heart of reed but reed couldn't care about such.

" That's enough lizzie, Let's see if doctor ryder is capable or not, please it's this way mr ryder, the patient is waiting for you " Ms nancy said when she placed her hand on the door knob and she gently opened it.

She walked into the room when a figure slowly tilted his gaze.

Standing firmly beside gigantic bed where a woman was laid, brunet figure with cold stance but his eyes were filled with sadness, nearly driven to despair when he smiled as he stared at his daughters incoming.

He is mr vance callaway, the head of the first tier family, the callaway family and a multi billionaire, He was completely confused when reed ryder walked into the gand master bedroom.

" Nancy who is this young man you brought with you? " Mr vance asked.

" Father, father..….can you believe big sister brought this young man to treat mother? Isn't that an insult to our family? what does he knows about mother's situation? " Lizzie complained before her father.

" Lizzie, would you keep quiet.....what do you know about medicine? why can't you let the young man do his job before judging him, are you that biased!! " Ms nancy rebuked lizzie as she frowned at her sister's words.

" So he is the doctor ryder that president kim recommended to us huh? mr ryder....I'm not the type who discriminates but my little one may be right? you are far too young to understand true medicine "

" While staring at my sick wife, do you think you can treat her? " Mr vance asked.

While his voice is calm, it also carried authority and he has the ability to quickly judge a man with just a look, this is how he dominated the business world and made the callaway family becoming a first rate family.

He can discern what a true man with just a few examinations when reed sighed.

He quietly approached the woman who laid nearly lifeless on the bed, covered in green dots which was spread across her body, her skin was already pale and her face reddened every day, becoming blood red.

" Green dots, pale skin and blood red face, She is currently infected with an enclymadia disease, an ancient paralytic type disease which has only appeared once in the history of china "

" She must have been poisoned for her to obtained this disease " Reed voiced out, his words completely shocked everyone present in this room, they were the only ones who knew about her disease.

They have never told anyone about this before when mr vance sighed.

" You are correct mr ryder, my wife is currently suffering from a nearly incurable disease, I have to ask, can you cure her? " Mr vance asked when reed smiled, something like this was nothing but a child's play to him.

" Yes I can cure her but I would need some certain ingredients for that to happen!! "
