William and Bruce silently observed the passing shadows of the city as the car speedily zoomed through the bustling city streets towards their destination.

The cabman occasionally stole glances at the two through his rearview mirror, different thoughts running through his head mixed with curiosity. 'I'll silently watch how things unfold and if they dare play any smart game with me......'

.......

The driver pulled in front of an elegant hotel with "Luxe Fernandez Hotel" boldly written in red on top of the tall buildings. The hotel was sparkling white, which speaks purely to how expensive and stunning the hotel was.

Luxe Fernandez Hotel was one of the best in town and was popularly known by almost everyone. It can't be afforded by commoners but by the wealthy ones.

"Here we are," the cab driver said immediately he stopped his car as he looked at the two through the rearview mirror, waiting to see their next move with a complicated expression on his face.

William noticed the look on his face; he understood those kinds of looks. He opened the door and stepped out of the car as if he didn't care about the attitude of the driver.

"......."

The cabman was about to complain angrily but silent himself when he saw Bruce, who was still sitting inside the car, bring out a fresh note of $100 and throw it at him expressionlessly as he too exited out of the car through the other door.

The driver was shocked and couldn't believe what he had just witnessed. His hand trembled as he held onto the fresh note.

"S-Sir....." The driver changed to a polite tone, and the anger that was visible on his face was taken over by shock and surprise.

He couldn't believe that those two dressed like commoners would be able to shock him; he had underestimated them.

"This is...." The driver opened the door and came down as he tried to call out to William and Bruce, who were already walking away into the hotel arena, not bothering to respond to the cabman call.

Seeing that they ignored him, the driver stood looking at the backs of the two he had underestimated. It didn't dawn on him until the last moment.

The driver sighed deeply in regret, if he had known, he wouldn't have looked down at them. "Men in disguise...." He softly whispered to himself before looking at the $100 fresh note in his hand. He wouldn't be able to make such an amount of money for four to five days.

William and Bruce gently walked into the hotel through the big, white-opened gate.

William couldn't help but smile as he saw the magnificent building in front of him. The old memories were still present and fresh in his mind, as if they had taken place yesterday. Back then, he wouldn't dream of lodging, but here he was, going to lodge in a hotel not any random hotel, but the best one.

The hotel environment was a large one, they had to walk for some minutes before getting to the main entrance of the hotel.

Just when they were close to the entrance, the loud voice of a security officer moving quickly towards them drifted over to their ears from behind.

"Stand back! Who are you?" Yelled the security guard as he made his way towards them. "Show your IDs or get the hell out of here," he requested rudely, mistaking them for workers of the hotel.

"We're not workers, we...." With a smile still hanging on his face, William said, but he was interrupted by the next words of the security man.

"Oh, so you're not even workers. Where the hell do you commoners come from? Do you think this is a charity organization?" "What do you come here for? Get the hell out of here before I throw you out!"

Hearing that they were not workers, the security man was irritated by their presence, as he throw several questions at them at once, he did not want to have anything to do with the two especially low standard people.

"Huh, we are here to lodge and nothing more, or is there a problem with that?" Hearing his words, William was not in the least vexed; he knew that that was how those that happened to serve the prominent treated those that were poor, he still asked with a smile.

"What? How is there no problem? How the hell are you going to lodge here? This is not the place the likes of you come to, so get out," the security officer said in a resolute manner.

"Take yourself out of here. Don't make me do it the hard way." The security man continued to humiliate with his words because he sees the two as people who wouldn't be able to even afford the lowest-grade room of the hotel.

The security man didn't allow them to take a step closer to the hotel entrance. Different people passed by, and when they saw the scene, they began to laugh, mocking and pointing at William and Bruce.

"See those two, who are they??... Wait they did think here is a place for the poor." Some passersby and bystanders commented.

"Maybe they aren't normal, I think they need check ups in their brains."

"Hahahahahaha...." A lady holding tightly onto the arm of her lover, couldn't help but laugh hard as she clutch her stomach with her other hand. "Honey, are those two comedians or content creators because this is the best joke that I have seen all of my life."

"You can simply ignore them or you can tag them as royal beggers" The lover of the lady replied. "They overestimated themselves if they thought they could lodge here, poor shameless bastards who don't know their limit."

"This is the first time I see two fools coming here; I am sure that even the employees of this hotel are richer than them, no doubt about that." Different comments could be heard.

William and Bruce felt humiliated as they saw the scene that the security man was creating, he was using them to catch cruise for others to laugh.

William's temper was beginning to rise, he couldn't longer continue to bear this humiliation. 'Seem like I'll switch from the easy way to the hard way since the easy way isn't working and everyone is taking advantage of that,' with that he signalled to Bruce to act on his behalf.

"Who the f**k are you to decide who comes here? Quickly get the heck out of the way before you regret your actions." Bruce steps forward to the security man.

"I don't have time for your nonsense, am running out of patience. I think I have to do it myself then." Hearing the words of Bruce, the guard was really vexed, and he replied angrily.

William was being look down, receiving insult after insult from people.

The report said that Catherine had been thrown out of the Kensington family. Thomas watched every detail carefully. He did not miss a single moment of the report. His voice broke the silence as he spoke in a low tone. "Good one," he said with a smirk. He repeated softly, "You think chasing her out of the family will make us change our mind about your family. Well done." Every word was spoken clearly as he enjoyed the t
