Liam's POV

“Sarah you saved the day. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you.” I said as I leaned back in my chair.

I felt so relieved. Carter Enterprises was working again. Blackwood had tried to ruin us but he failed.

“Don’t get all emotional Liam.” Sarah said while spinning in her chair. “Just remember who helped you. And what you owe me.” She winked but I could tell she was a little serious.

I smiled.

“Deal. Welcome to the team Sarah. Or should I say welcome home?”

“Home sounds nice.” she said with a grin. “So when do I begin?”

“Right now. We have lots of work to do.” I said. “Blackwood isn’t done yet. He’ll try again. We need to be ready.”

“Alright Mr Big deal. Show me the way.”

I worked with Sarah the rest of the day. I was starting to depend on her a lot. With her helping me I felt like nothing could stop us. By the end of the day I felt proud. Soon Carter Enterprises would be the biggest and safest company in the world.
