Chapter 33

Alex had woken up late that morning, after his late night a day before. His head banged as he woke up. The effect of the alcohol was just starting to kick in. He went into the bathroom and washed his face and head which relieved his headache. As he stared at himself in the bathroom mirror, he noticed the dark circle and eye bags beneath his eyes. He wasn’t a fan of late night so it definitely took a toll on him. He sighed and got ready for work.

Spending longer than usual washing the hard smell of alcohol off his body in the bathroom. He finally steeped out, dried his body, applied lotion and walked to the closet to get some clothes. He settled on a blue jeans, white shirt and blue timberland shoes. He did his normal facial routine and left the room. Alex was concerned about his looks and he believed the three years bet had harsh effect on his skin.
