Oliver's hands trembled as he read the note. How could Elena be connected to the Quill clan? What was the essence of this letter?

Suddenly, Elena appeared at the top of the stairs, holding her bag. She noticed Oliver's expression and furrowed her brow. "Is everything alright?"
