"Are you sure?"

"Why not?"

"Isn't using it a little bit unfair?"

She paused for a few moments, then laughed while covering her mouth.

Did I say something funny?

"That's why you're not using it even though you are already on the brink of losing?"

"Yeah, is there a problem with it?"

The truth was I was trying to drain my Mana to level up my Elemental magic!

"Are you sure you are a Summon? That's completely out of character."

Ahm, about that.

"You mean you won't think it's unfair even if I heal myself?"

[Notice: Dark Magic is being used for preparation of evolution.]WHAT!? Now!? Are you kidding me, Cheru!?[Answer: Once started, the process cannot be stopped.]Oh, hell naw. You picked the middle of Doomsday: Raiden Edition™ for this?!A deafening whoosh cut through the air as Raiden zipped into the sky like an over-caffeinated meteor, well beyond my reach. What followed? Oh, nothing major. Just a torrential downpour of murder—ice spikes, boulders, elemental carnage falling like she ordered the Apocalypse Combo Meal with extra devastation.I threw up a dark magic dome five meters wide and just let it eat everything like a cosmic Roomba. "Before we get started, how about you heal yourself first? I don't want to lecture someone who's half-dead and shivering like a wet puppy.""Are you sure?""Why not?""Isn't using it a little bit... unfair?"She paused. Then she laughed—hand over her mouth like a noblewoman in a tea party. I half-expected her to say "Oh dear, how uncivilized" next.Did I say something funny?"That's why you're not using it? Even though you're clearly one sneeze away from collapsing?""Yeah… is there a problem with that?"Truth is, I was trying to drain my Mana on purpose to level up my Elemental Magic. Strategy, not stupidity. Big difference. She raised a brow. "Are you sure you're a Summon? Because that logic sounds more like a background NPC with a martyr complex."Ahem… about that."So let me get this straight—you won't think it's unfair if I heal myself right now?"She crossed one leg over the other, leaned forward like a cat preparing to pounce. "Of course I won't. You think the world's fair? Pff

This is insane, Cherubim! You can manipulate Time? Seriously!?[Answer: Desperate situation needs desperate Solution]Make sense! Just by watching Raiden above me, I would be lying if I said my knees weren't trembling by now. I watched as the dark cloud above us lit up, and a massive thunder strike descended to the ground in slow motion, as if God was unleashing its wrath upon me, and I was standing right at the very center of its assault. The view was breathtaking yet scary at the same time. There were explosions of colors, manas, and even elemental particles. I bet if things weren't slowed down, I'd probably be dead by now. So this is what magic could do.And here I thought shooting massive fireballs and generating a thunder strike through my hand was already a great feat. I was gravely mistaken. Was the sight of such destructive power weakened me?Kind off! I never knew such power existed except for the roleplaying game I was addicted to back in my world. [Confirmed: Common Eart

This is bad! This is bad!Countless root-like vines emerged from the forest throughout the arena and rushed towards me.I activated my Ice magic and froze the ground around me, including most of the trees inside the arena, but the gigantic vines didn't even flinch and continued their charge. The roots hiding underground instantly grabbed me, but just like what happened at the hole earlier, they were trying to hold me down without causing any damage, apparently leading me to the worst-case scenario of exhausting myself before I could even fight her directly.I stopped them by burning them down using my Fire magic and Wind magic while using my extreme speed to dodge; however, due to me being occupied with dodging the vines, it was already too late when I noticed the literal thundercloud forming right above me and blasted a devastating thunder strike coming from the sky. After the deafening roar of the thunder strike, I had just taken, I immediately felt the surge of massive physical boo
