"Wait a minute," Adrian said in a soft tone, "aren't you a medical doctor?"

Caspian chuckled. "Well, I am a doctor, but not full-time. More like rare-time," he joked.

Adrian burst into laughter, thinking Caspian was teasing him.

But Caspian's expression turned serious as he affirmed, "No, really. I don't actually work in hospitals."

Caspian's smile returned. "Trust me, I'll do everything I can to help."
