A few minutes later, Ghost sent another message.

[Ghost: I see them through the hospital CCTV! Five men dressed as nurses looking suspicious! Arga, they’ve cut the cameras on the 4th floor! I’m trying to trigger the fire alarm to buy you some time!]

"Activate aggressive driving mode!" Arga commanded the Black-Cab system.

The black sedan roared to life, performing insane maneuvers through Jakarta's nighttime traffic. Arga pulled out the pistol he had seized from Pratama’s guards, checking the magazine with trembling hands.

"Sarah... hold on," he whispered.

Arga opened his tactical bag and grabbed a small disc-shaped device given by the system as a previous mission reward.

[Item Used: Signal Frequency Jammer.] [Function: Will disable all radio and mobile communications within a 20-meter radius. Useful for crippling the opposing team's coordination.]

The car braked hard right in front of the hospital lobby. Before the door was even fully open, Arga leapt out. He sprinted through the lobby, ignoring the shocked stares of the visitors.

[System Suggestion: Do not use the elevator. They are waiting there. Use the emergency stairs. Muscle stimulant effect activated in 3... 2... 1...]

An electric surge shook Arga's body. His strength doubled. He took the emergency stairs, jumping five steps at a time. In less than a minute, he reached the fourth floor.

A horrifying scene met his eyes as he rushed through the emergency door. Two hospital guards lay on the floor with silenced gunshot wounds. At the end of the hall, three men in nurse uniforms were trying to break down Sarah’s door.

"HEY!" Arga’s voice thundered.

The three men turned. Before they could even raise their weapons, Arga pulled the trigger.

Pfft! Pfft!

Two bullets hit the shoulder and leg of one attacker. Arga didn't stop running. He charged into the other two with his shoulder, slamming them against the corridor wall until the glass shattered.

[Emergency Mission: Protect Sarah!] [Objective: Neutralize all attackers before they enter the room.]

"Ghost, are the CCTVs on this floor dead? Keep watch; please let me know if anyone else is coming," Arga said.

[Ghost: Affirmative. It's clear for now; CCTVs are down. But security personnel are heading your way because I triggered the fire alarm earlier. Do it fast, Arga!]

Arga didn't reply. His focus was entirely on the two attackers still standing. One of them, a well-built man with a tattoo peeking from beneath his nurse collar, tried to pull a pistol from his waist.

[Speed Analysis: Enemy A is pulling the trigger. Reaction time: 0.3 seconds.]

Arga gave him no opening. Thanks to the muscle stimulant effect, his movements were a blur to the human eye. He lunged forward, grabbed the attacker's wrist, and twisted it until the sound of crushing bone echoed.

CRACK!

The silenced pistol fell to the floor. Arga followed up with a brutal knee to the solar plexus, folding the man and knocking him unconscious instantly.

The last attacker, seeing his comrades fall, became desperate. He pulled a scalpel from his pocket and swung it blindly at Arga’s neck. Arga ducked slightly, feeling the rush of air from the blade just millimeters from his skin. Without losing momentum, Arga grabbed the man's head and slammed it into the concrete corridor wall with full force.

THUD!

Fresh blood stained the white hospital wall. The last attacker slumped, motionless. The tense corridor suddenly went silent, leaving only the sound of Arga’s heavy breathing and the drips of water from the sprinkler system that had briefly turned on.

"Sarah!" Arga kicked open the door to Room 402.

Inside, the room was dark. Sarah was curled up on the bed, her face deathly pale beneath the sheets, her body shaking violently with fear from the noise outside.

"Sarah, it’s me! It's Arga!" Arga rushed over and hugged his wife tightly.

"Ga... Arga... they... they wanted to kill me..." Sarah broke into sobs. She clutched Arga’s jacket as if it were the only lifeline she had left.

[System Warning: Hospital security team in the emergency stairs. Distance: 10 meters.] [Threat Status: General Anton has sent a second cleanup team through the underground parking lot.]

"We can't stay here long, honey," Arga whispered as he helped Sarah up. "They won't stop until we're completely gone."

"Who are they, Arga?" Sarah asked, her brow furrowed in confusion.

"I’ll tell you later. Right now, we’re leaving," he said softly.

Arga carried Sarah, who was still weak. He knew taking her out through the main lobby would be a suicide mission.

"Ghost! Ensure a safe exit path! Now!" Arga commanded through his watch.

[Ghost: Detective, listen! I've hijacked the service elevator behind the pantry on this floor. I'm sending it to the 4th floor in 5 seconds. Once you're in, I'll lock the access so it can't be called from any other floor!]

Arga ran down the corridor, passing the bodies of the fallen attackers. Just as the service elevator opened, the hospital security team appeared at the end of the emergency stairs.

"Stop! Don't move!" shouted one of the security officers.

Arga didn't care. He jumped into the spacious service elevator. "Now, Ghost!"

DRETTT!

The elevator doors slid shut just before the security officers reached them. The elevator descended at high speed toward the most hidden basement level.

[Emergency Mission Accomplished: Sarah successfully secured.] [Justice Points: +1000] [Notification: Sector 7 Safe House location locked as the rendezvous point with Ghost.]

In the descending elevator, Arga looked at Sarah’s terrified face. He kissed her forehead for a long moment. His anger toward Anton was no longer just a grudge; it had become an absolute resolve to burn down anyone who dared touch his family.

"From now on," Arga murmured in a deadly low voice, "I’m not playing by the rules anymore."

The service elevator dinged softly as it reached the lowest basement level, a logistics loading area that was usually deserted at this hour. The doors opened, revealing a dim atmosphere lit only by a few flickering neon lights.

"Hold on, Sarah. We’ll be safe soon," Arga whispered, tightening his hold.

[Predator Intuition Active!] [Detection: 3 armed targets waiting behind the pillars in Parking Zone C-4. They are the second cleanup team.

Arga stopped abruptly behind the iron elevator door. His eyes narrowed; the system provided a thermal-like X-ray view of red silhouettes behind the concrete walls. These men weren't in nurse uniforms; they wore black tactical gear complete with automatic weapons.

"Ghost, can you still access the sprinklers or alarm system in the parking area?" Arga asked quietly.

[Ghost: I'm trying, but they cut the physical lines downstairs! Damn, they're going manual! Arga, there’s a black van blocking your main exit!

"Use that tool," Arga muttered, glancing at his tactical bag.

Arga set Sarah down for a moment in a safe corner behind a pile of pallet boxes. "Sarah, cover your ears and don't come out until I call you, okay?" Sarah could only nod weakly, tears still flowing.

Arga took the signal frequency jammer and set it to overload mode. He tossed the small disc into the center of the parking area.

BZZZZZT!

Instantly, the basement lights popped, and all the pursuers' radio communications emitted a painful hum. Capitalizing on the chaos, Arga lunged out.

[Skill: Muscle Stimulant—Duration Remaining: 2 Minutes.]

Arga moved like a shadow. Before the cleanup team could adjust their eyes to the darkness, Arga was behind one of them. With lightning-fast tactical martial arts, he struck the first target’s neck and seized his weapon.

RATATATAT!

Arga opened fire on the black van’s tires to ensure they couldn't give chase. The other two attackers tried to fire back, but Arga slid under large pipes, then launched a double kick that neutralized them instantly.

In a short time, the parking area fell silent again.

"It's safe, Sarah. Let's go!"

Arga carried Sarah again and headed toward an old sedan prepared by the system in a corner of the parking lot—a vehicle whose license plate would change digitally every time it passed a highway camera.

The car sped away, leaving Medika Hospital behind.

"Who are they, really, Arga?" Sarah finally spoke, having been silent until now. "And where are we going? This isn't the way home."

Arga took a deep breath, letting the oxygen cool his head, which was nearly exploding from this betrayal. He knew the Rat Pier was a dangerous open area—a perfect spot for an execution without witnesses. But if he ran now, he would never know how deep the rot within Aegis truly went."Rio, did you hear that?" Arga whispered, his fingers tapping an encrypted code on his watch. "Mr. Wijaya is inviting me to the Rat Pier. He knows I already have the data.""Sir, it's a trap! Don't go there!" Rio's voice sounded panicked. "I can see through the satellite; there's an unidentified tactical unit moving toward those coordinates. They're not a standard Aegis team.""Exactly, Rio. I need to know who they are," Arga replied calmly. "Stay in your position. Monitor me from above. If you see a gun aimed at my head, you know what to do with that Golden Phoenix data. Send it to all media outlets and international police servers. Don't wait for my order.""Understood, sir. Take care of yourself," Rio

Me, you, and everyone in this mansion—all our lives will be at risk."Arga stepped closer, wearing an expression of determined resolve that was utterly convincing. "Sir, we don't have time to lament. If Marten is the sun, then we must move in the shadows. Give me access to the backup route database. There's no way Hendri could have taken that cargo far without significant logistical support."Baskoro looked up, his red-rimmed eyes staring at Arga. "You're right. He must have a hiding place. But there's something you don't know, Bara." Baskoro took a heavy breath. "Cargo A-09 wasn't just a hundred billion in money. Inside it was the core component of Project Icarus. If that component falls into the hands of Red Viper or the government, Marten won't just kill us. He'll make sure we suffer forever."[S

Baskoro cursed as he followed Arga's lead. After ensuring Baskoro was safely under the escort of another elite team, Arga immediately turned back.
