Pratama immediately reached for his desk drawer, attempting to grab a firearm. However, Arga no longer had any reason to hide. With one powerful jerk, he cast aside the velvet curtains and lunged like a black shadow.

THUD!

Arga’s right kick slammed the drawer shut before the prosecutor could reach inside, pinning Pratama’s fingers. The prosecutor let out a scream of agony. Before he could call for the guards, Arga had already grabbed him by the collar and slammed him against the bookshelf.

"Ugh!" Pratama groaned in pain. "Who are you, you intruder?!" he shouted, trying to summon his security.

Arga pulled out a folding knife, pressing the tip against the skin of Pratama's neck. "Stop screaming!" Arga threatened. His face was covered by a mask, leaving Pratama unable to recognize him.

"Who are you?" Pratama asked, terrified, as beads of sweat rolled down his temples.

"None of your business. Now, open the safe!" Arga said with heavy emphasis.

"Never!" he refused defiantly.

Arga smiled cynically behind his mask. He knew Pratama was hiding bribe money and all the original evidence from Raka's case inside. "Open it, or you end tonight!" Arga pressured him, making the man's heart race in sheer terror.

Pratama trembled violently. The tip of Arga’s knife applied enough pressure to make the prosecutor feel a sharp sting on his neck. In his eyes, the masked figure before him was no longer just an intruder but a grim reaper ready to take his life.

"Fine! Fine! Don't kill me! I'll open it!" Pratama whimpered in a hoarse voice.

With shaking hands, Pratama stepped toward a large painting behind his desk. He slid the frame aside, revealing a steel safe embedded in the wall, secured by biometric scanners and a digital code.

Beep... Beep... Beep... CLICK.

The heavy door swung open. Inside, stacks of cash in hundred-thousand rupiah denominations and US dollars were neatly arranged. But Arga's gaze instantly focused on two external hard drives and a thick black folder that were positioned on the top shelf.

"That’s... that’s everything you're looking for," Pratama said, turning back in fear. "The original street CCTV footage, the unaltered forensic reports, and the records of fund flows to high-ranking officials. Take it, but please, let me live!"

Arga snatched the folder and hard drives, stuffing them into his tactical bag.

[Ghost: Detective! Guards are at the door! I can't override the electronic lock on this door much longer! 10 seconds!]

Arga looked at Pratama. This prosecutor had betrayed his oath for the luxury surrounding him in this room.

"You want to live?" Arga asked coldly. "Then enjoy the rest of your life behind bars."

POW!

Arga delivered a clean blow to Pratama’s jaw, knocking him unconscious instantly. He slumped over the piles of his bribe money. Arga quickly grabbed the flash drive still plugged into the laptop and secured the original documents.

[Main Evidence Retrieval Mission: Success!] [Difficulty Evaluation: High (High-Ranking Official Residence Infiltration).]

Just as Arga was about to leap toward the window, the system screen before his eyes flashed with a blinding golden light, brighter than usual.

[Secret Mission Reward Received: 'Stripping the Law Enforcer.'] [Reward 1: Justice Points +1,500.] [Reward 2: New Active Skill—[Predator Intuition].] (Description: Grants the ability to sense the presence and ill intent of enemies within a 100-meter radius, even through walls). [Reward 3: Virtual Vault Upgrade - Physical Object Storage Capacity Expanded.]

"Save everything!" Arga commanded internally. He felt a surge of new energy that made his nerves far more sensitive.

The moment the reward was accepted, [Predator Intuition] throbbed at the back of his head. Arga sensed four red dots moving rapidly on the floor below—the guards had realized there was an intruder.

[Ghost: The west side is clear! The car is waiting 20 meters from the fence! Run!]

Arga ran like lightning. Thanks to his new skill, he no longer had to guess the guards' positions. He could feel their killing intent. With precise acrobatic movements, he leaped over the high fence and dived into the Black Cab, its engine already roaring.

"Go!" Arga ordered.

As the car sped away, Arga opened his laptop. "Ghost, link the data from these hard drives to the public servers. I want the whole world to see what they’ve been hiding."

[Ghost: Processing... Hang on. Whoa, Boss... this situation is insane! There’s a voice recording of General Anton directly ordering the elimination of a witness! This case isn't just a scandal; it's a nuclear bomb!

"Detonate it now," Arga said sharply.

Within minutes, the digital world exploded with viral news. The story surfaced about a general’s son who engaged in illegal street racing, acted with arrogance, and became the perpetrator of a hit-and-run that killed two people. Furthermore, the general, who was supposed to protect the public, had instead tried to bury the case by bribing the police commander and the prosecutor, even attempting to destroy evidence and kill witnesses.

The news spread faster than fire fueled by gasoline. Inside the speeding car, Arga stared at the dashboard screen. Millions were now watching the original CCTV footage of Raka's sports car hitting the victims, along with General Anton's cold voice recordings giving orders to "handle" the witnesses.

[System Warning: Virality has reached 92%.] Public opinion is exploding. Pressure on National Police HQ and the Palace is increasing drastically.

"You’re finished," Arga hissed. His breath hitched, not from exhaustion, but from pure satisfaction.

However, the joy was short-lived. An incoming call from an unknown number appeared on his phone. Arga answered it.

"Hello."

"Arga, do you feel happy now?" General Anton’s voice came from the other end. It was no longer a thunderous roar of power but low and venomous. "You think by playing on social media like this, you’ve won? You just burned your last bridge to stay alive."

"You destroyed my bridge when you let your son kill people, Anton," Arga replied calmly. "Enjoy the remains of your uniform. Because by tomorrow morning, you’ll be wearing a prison jumpsuit."

"We’ll see who is faster," Anton hissed before hanging up. "Oh, and how is your wife at the hospital? She’s all alone, isn't she?" The call was disconnected abruptly.

Thump!

Suddenly, the system screen flashed bright red, filling Arga's entire vision with an emergency warning.

[WARNING! High-Level Threat Detected!] [Target: Sarah Edigro] [Location: Medika Hospital, Room 402.] [Status: Unknown strike unit has just entered the hospital elevator. Estimated time to contact: 3 minutes.]

Arga’s heart skipped a beat. "Damn it! Anton is going after Sarah!"

"Ghost! Are you still there?!" Arga shouted at his watch.

[Ghost: Yes. I’m checking the Medika Hospital CCTV right now.

Amelia followed Dr. Cecep toward the medical service elevator. "I’m heading toward the NICU. Dr. Cecep seems extremely agitated. The Truth Seeker on my system flashes red every time he mentions protocols.""Stay careful, Doctor. Stay alert," Rio’s voice replied from the other end. "Adrian is also at the hospital disguised as an office boy; he will ensure your safety. If anything happens, signal him immediately."Amelia gave a small hum in acknowledgment. "I haven’t been able to hack the hospital’s CCTV yet. Adrian will have to slip into the security room."Amelia continued walking with a steady, calm gait, even as the tension around her grew thicker. "I believe my visit schedule was entered into your system five minutes ago."The receptionist quickly checked her computer screen. "Ah, yes, Mr Arga. My apologies for the delay in confirmation. But how is that possible?” Arga asked. He had already activated a voice recorder to capture their story.“Only two weeks ago, I gave birth via C-section at that hospital. But they told us our baby had jaundice and a weak heart, so he had to stay for intensive care. At first, we could still visit him in the nursery, though only from a distance.
