Bone Reconstruction

Grrrrrrooooarhh!!

The golden-haired ape was very upset when he saw that the two people were chatting so enthusiastically that they forgot about him. He roared and slapped the wall over and over again, trying to get their attention.

Edric's forehead was covered with sweat. He was so engrossed in listening to Nan Faye's explanation of the universe that he actually forgot about it.

"Mister, I see bright white energy on your body, you seem more than capable to handle your own. If you can kill this golden-haired ape, then I will take you back to my home." Edric said embarrassingly.

After the Star of Power condensed its light, the colors from high to low were silver, bright white, scarlet red, light red, orange, yellow, green, indigo, blue and purple. The darker the color, the stronger the power would be at the same level. People on Earth now only had the power below the light red.

"No, I can't. I'm also injured, and it's inconvenient for me to circulate my energy. It's hard for me to stand up." Nan Faye smiled bitterly and shook his head, saying. Suddenly he was stunned and asked, "By the way, the Earth has not yet contacted the outside universe, so how did you know the orthodox classification of power in the universe?"

"We obtained the inheritance from mysterious crystal stones, which we call the Seven Stars. I also study at the Seven Stars Academy." Edric said with great pride.

Nan Faye nodded and didn't ask any more questions.

The roar of the golden-haired ape outside was getting louder and louder, and it was about to stuff its big face into the cave. With saliva dripping from its mouth, it looked at the two people inside with an eye for delicious food.

He looked Edric up and down, looking at him as if he were a commodity.

Edric groaned, his expression was as ugly as it could be.

"Bone fracture?" Nan Faye muttered to himself again, "I've heard that the people in the Aifa star field have degenerated body structures, and white hard objects have grown in their bodies which seems to be called 'bone'." 

"Yes, Mister."

He looked at Edric meaningfully and said, "Edric, do you know that in the universe, our Osai human spirits, Ika gold spirits and Ailan beast spirits are the three major creatures that rule the universe. Your own, Aifa,  also have humans and beasts, but do you know why they are not on the universal list?"

Edric shook his head.

"Because you have degenerated body. This thing, bone right? 

"Yes, we call him bones." Edric said, "Everyone has bones. Don't you have bones?"

"I have no bones. It restricts the development of your energy."

Edric was shocked and quickly grabbed Nan Faye's hand and squeezed it. What made him feel incredible was that Nan Faye's hand was soft. When he squeezed it hard, the part under force collapsed like a sponge. When he squeezed it to the bottom, he could almost feel his two fingers, as if he was not pinching a human hand, but cotton.

"This, this, how is this possible? You really have no bones." Edric was incoherent and completely dumbfounded.

The power was a kind of light energy that existed in softer body tissues, such as muscles and cells. It could only attach to bones but cannot completely fuse, which meant it could only undergo physical changes but not chemical reactions. 

The human body was only so big, and most of it was taken up by the skeleton. Naturally, the storage space for the power light energy in the human body became scarce.

Although Nan Faye had no bones, his condensed energy had a strength that was harder than bones. He had no problem attacking or confronting, let alone simply walking.

"In the current Eurosia competition, there are only four kinds of energy, namely silver, bright white, scarlet and light red. The others have long disappeared. Although this is my first time in the Alpha star field, I have heard that your star field also has orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and other messy colors. If you can condense these energy rays, you will be of no use. Even if you practice to a high level, it will be useless."

Edric thought of the group of guys that chased him yesterday. Most of them seemed to be of this color.

Edric was stunned again. On Earth today, light red was the highest level of light. The silver, bright white and scarlet red inherited from the Star of Power were something no one had ever seen on Earth.

Edric looked at his little finger reluctantly and moved it around. He had never cherished his little finger so much before. His mind was full of thoughts, wondering what would happen if the bones in his little finger were gone.

Edric's mind flashed with a cold light, and he thought that he still failed to gather energy at 2000 kg of strength. Was it because of the bones? “In Ouse, if a person is injured and a hard object or hidden weapon is driven into the body, and there is no doctor at the moment, our choice is to use the energy to crush the hard object and dissolve it in the body.” Nan Faye explained to Edric the correct way to refine bones: “So what you have to do now is to direct the energy I inject into your body to wrap around the joint of your little finger, and slowly press from the outside to the inside until you can no longer feel the joint. The process may be a little painful, you must endure it.”

Edric nodded, followed Nan Faye's instructions and began to refine. When his internal energy came into his body, he could really feel the existence of the energy. He was also able to move it by pulling it with his consciousness. He was very excited, but also aggrieved. The pain. So this was the feeling of having light in the body.

"Shit. It hurts so much." Edric howled to the sky and cursed in pain. 

When the energy began to press on his joints, it felt like clamping his little finger with pliers. It was extremely painful. His already broken hand bones were tormented like this, and he was sweating profusely, his face was distorted, and he was howling like a ghost. 

While enduring the extreme pain, he used his consciousness to control the energy to make it smaller and lighter.
