Some miles away from Northcliff city was the Naval base, surrounded by the top generals in a meeting was Victor Tyler.

A commander in the Navy who was so much feared by almost everyone in the homeland and abroad.

Just then a sudden knock came to the door leading into the meeting room.

Victor Tyler was in the middle of a speech when the knock came, he immediately got angry.

His face was etched in anger and frustration as he slowly took a deep breath and had his gaze on the door.

“Come in.”

He said slowly with his deep bass voice, just as the door opened revealing a man in his early twenties who was wearing anti-glare glasses and a black suit to match the colour of his head, Victor Tyler immediately launched a sharp throw blade towards the man.

The sharp throw blade pinned just above the head of Vincent van, making him shudder in fear and trepidation.
