As I attend to my mother's client, I can't help but wonder what Zara truly meant by what she said. Funny, isn't it? You meet someone for the first time, and she is already acting like she knows the first thing about you. Olivia was gone, and I don't know what her angle is. And Mandy? I haven't been seeing her around. It has been a while since the system has gotten in contact with us. I wondered why. Maybe it was trying to give us some breathing space, or maybe it was trying to come up with something more deadly than the last task. Either way, I don't need to think too much of it. Academics were getting tougher, and I needed to concentrate, but the truth was that it was hard with everything going on around me. Everyone is a threat around the school, and I can't help but wonder what their motives are if they come towards me. After the death of Eliot, everyone seems to be on their toes, including Derek. He was not himself, although he now sees himself as the kingpin in the school.
