Your Father Is Found

Ashley’s mother, rested her tone for a while before she continues.

“You know, I was expecting your father to deny it. I mean, no one admits to such so easily like your father. He didn’t bat an eyelid rather, he got really angry at me.

He was so angry that I was snooping around trying to look for what is not lost. I was hurt by how my husband thinks of me and is so vulnerable to do evil.

We got talking for a long time and he was just yelling at me. In his words, he told me how that job was his major source of income and I should have never bothered about it.

He made it clear to me that we were living just fine because of that money and I should be grateful he is risking it all to take care of me.

Usually I was supposed to get offended by his words but I was just begging for his repentance. I just wanted him to see a reason to drop the job but, he was hard heartened.”
