Arnold woke up from his sleep. He got up and felt sweat all over his body and made his clothes wet there. His breath was fast, he could even feel his chest rising and falling irregularly..

Even when he had just woken up, he felt his body heavy and tired. As if he had just done something tiring and also something heavy.
