Chapter 1 In a spacious meeting hall of the Crimson Legion of the Great Victorium Empire, the four warlords of the Crimson Legion in charge of protecting the borders gathered up to discuss the important news currently unfolding in the five borders of the Victorium Empire. " I have bad news!, the Scorpion Empire is pressing our northern borders, several outposts have been taken over by them already" "The size of their army is huge and the method of their attacks are cruel, brutal, and unprecedented," Collins, the warlord of the northern border said solemnly. "The western border is also being besieged by the Hydra Empire!" the warlord of the western border, Mariel said. "This is quite serious because something similar is also happening on my border!" the warlord of the southern border, Matthew said. "And mine too!" the warlord of the eastern border, Gabriel said. "Seems the four Empires have banded together to bring down the Victorium Empire," Mariel said. "This is unprecedented and dangerous to the Empire if we don't quickly salvage the situation," Matthew said "It seems we will have to call upon the supreme commander of the Crimson Legion to take charge of the situation or what do you all think?" Mariel said. "The supreme commander has left to live a quiet and peaceful life after getting married to his true love, however, with the situation at hand it seems we have no choice but to call him back to assume command," Collins said. After the discussion, the four warlords decided and arranged an aircraft heading towards Mylta City where the supreme commander is now located to welcome his return. Meanwhile, in Mylta city, Felix Auther working as an Accountant assistant in the Ausker corporation returns home after days of hard work. Felix was a handsome man who was 1.9 meters tall, he had jet black hair, grey eyes, a chiseled face, and a ripped body but his handsome appearance was buried under the ordinary clothes he was adorned in. On arriving home, Felix couldn't help but smile as the beautiful face of his wife Caroline flashed in his eyes, Caroline was the love of his life and the reason he had abandoned his past to work as a mere Accountant assistant. When Felix entered the living room, he finally saw the love of his life which he had been dying to meet days ago when he assumed accountant assistant duty. Caroline was beautiful, she was 1.75 meters tall with an hourglass slender body, blond hair, and crystal brown eyes, she was adorned in a sexy brown gown. "you're finally back, I have been waiting for you, take this and sign it," Caroline said without much expression. "What's this?" Felix inquired in puzzlement. "Why don't you just scan through it and sign it?" Caroline uttered as she shoved the paper into Felix's hand. Felix read the contents of the paper inducing a frown before saying. "this is a divorce paper, Caroline are you divorcing me?" "why?, I don't get it?, haven't I done my best to make you happy?" "Happy?" happiness is not what I need Felix, I am not some five-year-old looking to be just happy. I'm sorry to say this but I am tired of this marriage" Caroline said in a solemn voice. "I don't understand?" Felix muttered unsure of what he was hearing. "I want a better life, Felix, I want to live a luxurious life with someone who can take better care of me, not some lowly accountant assistant who can hardly feed me, please sign this paper and stop wasting my time," Caroline said as she stormed into her room and slammed the door shut. Felix stood in his spot, motionless and confused as to what had just happened, he couldn't bring himself to believe that Caroline would ever get tired of him despite all the efforts he had put into making her happy. "it seems that Caroline can no longer stand our current situation, I need to tell her about my true identity and prove I can take care of her" Felix muttered to himself. Although he now poses as a lowly Accountant assistant, Felix's identity was in fact, the Supreme Commander of all military forces of the empire and also the next in line to the imperial throne of the Victorium Empire. He had refrained from telling Caroline about his true identity all this while because of an unwritten rule in the Empire. The next day was April 27th on the Victorium calendar, this day was also the wedding anniversary of Felix and Caroline. On this day, Felix decided on a plan to get back to Caroline. He prepared for her a grand gift in a golden box and went to her room to give her the surprise. "Happy anniversary Caroline!" Felix said as he stretched the gift towards Caroline. "Are you out of your mind?! get this trash out of my sight!" Caroline said as she sent the golden box flying with a slap of her hand. Felix who was ready to reveal his identity and show her he could provide for her was left stunned. "Caroline, what are you doing? Today is our wedding anniversary and these are the anniversary gifts that I prepared for you" "Putt! What good things can a loser like you possibly offer me, get that garbage out of my room!" Caroline snapped after spitting on Felix's face
