Chapter 2

_Uncle, I have kept to my promise. I kept your family safe for the past 4 years and eleven months, with one month to go._

Jaxon thought silently as he slowly moved towards his room, ignoring Weiwei Xing who was still yelling.

Reaching his room, Jaxon threw the bloodstained broken bottles into the wastebasket and headed to the toilet to wash his blood soak hands with an indifferent expression.

It was like the wounds were not even a big issue to him.

Who was he?

He used to be a god of war, leading hundreds and thousands of soldiers into battles!

He used to lead one of the best legions hidden from the world, operating in the darkness!

His legion was called the Ghost Legion!

"I have endured so much to this point but it ends now!"

Jaxon thought with anger as he lifted his head and gazed at his reflection in the mirror.

Following that, he went and lay down on the bed.

He wasn't going to eat with his 'wife and mother as his mother does not feed him, rather she always makes sure to throw the leftover to starve Jaxon which seems to not work.

Vrooom

Not more than 20 minutes after he lay on the bed, the sound of a car echoes from their house garage, waking the light sleeper called Jaxon who quickly opens his curtain and peeps out of the window.

Looking at the Truck which sped out of the garage with his wife driving it, Jaxon felt slightly suspicious as he remembered when he caught her crying.

"Is she in trouble?" He muttered as he quickly grabbed his phone and dialled a number, as soon as the receiver pucked, he quickly spoke, "Hello, it is me, Jaxon. I need your help quickly. I will be sending you a phone number, help me track it within the next 2 minutes... Two minutes is too little? Fine! 3 minutes! In three minutes I want her location!"

Royal Stardom Club

Within 2 minutes Jaxon was able to get the information regarding where Diana had gone to.

Royal Stardom Club is one of the exclusive clubs in town, frequent by most of the big wigs and politicians as it offers some mature stuff which Jaxon disdains.

He felt confused as to the reason why Diana would come to this club, nevertheless, he strolled in, passing the guards who threw him a look of disdain which he ignored.

Finally reaching the fourth floor, Jaxon spots Diana with 5 men dressed in suits standing at a door to which he halts and listens to her words.

"Is the issue resolved yet, Shadrach?" Diana asked a man standing close to her to which he shook his head in disapproval and replied.

"No Ma'am, no matter how we spoke to him, he refused, insisting that either you come or else it might take him a month to be able to solve it. He says with your help he will be able to solve it easily." Shadrach replied with a sad tone.

"Sigh, Mr Thompson is clearly messing with us, for crying out loud why will it take him a month to gather the..."

"Ah, Mrs Diana is here. After inviting you more than 7 times you finally come. Follow me, my boss is waiting for you in the exclusive private room." A man who came out from one of the rooms says in a respectful voice but there was disdain in it.

"Zhang Jiang! Don't take me for a fool, I know you people have what we need but you are keeping it away! You should know I have the contract both of our companies signed and if I exposed it, you people wouldn't like what is coming for you!" Diana let out angrily as she swept her cold gaze at the young cocky man.

"Hahaha, I know that Mrs Diana. The boss doesn't mind as he can afford the money but you on the other hand," Zhang Jiang Pau's d as his lips curly into a faint smirk, "will you be able to afford the money for breaching your own contract with the Macedon family?"

Hearing those words made Diana's face turn pale, she was well aware of the consequence of breaching the contract with the Macedon family which was currently the biggest in their state.

Diana runs a small estate business and was lucky to win a chance to cooperate with them, now if she breaches the contract, the consequence is unimaginable.

"Don't worry, the boss can help you," Zhang Jiang says in a cocky tone as he looked at Diana trembling in anger with satisfaction in his eyes.

Just when Zhang Jiang turned to go back to the room he spotted Jaxon and couldn't help but halt, "How come you allowed your useless leech husband to follow you?"

"Huh?" Diana was confused as she subconsciously turned around as soon as she saw Jaxon, she felt annoyed and couldn't help but yell, "Y-you! How dare you follow me?"

"I followed because I was worried about you. You left in haste and I thought you were in danger." Jaxon spoke out as he looked at the man who utter rubbish about him with indifference.

"Your useless worrying wouldn't help me! Get the hell out of here and GI back home." Diana says with coldness in her tone.

"Hahahaha," Zhang Jiang burst out laughing as he heard those words, "It seems there might be a couple's fight between you both but it is understandable. A pig can never afford a peacock." Zhang Jiang says in disdain while looking at Jaxon.

_Sigh, wish the remaining month will finish in no time._ Jaxon thought, he had long lost any firm of pity for the wicked mother and her arrogant daughter and was just waiting for the month to finish in order to leave.

Jaxon watched as his wife entered a room followed by Zhang Jiang while the other men stood outside like guards, His eyes narrowed as he felt something amiss.

Meanwhile inside the VIP room with a red glamorous carpet on the floor with different sorts of exotic drinks neatly arranged on the table which was complemented by the faint sound of music, a man with a big pot belly and tattoos on his face could be seen sitting on the couch with three young beautiful women dressed in revealing clothes by his sides.

Both his hands were restless as they moved about grouping different parts of the women, making them release light moans.

Suddenly, Zhang Jiang enters with a look of flatter and says, "Boss, Diana is outside waiting for you, should I call her in?" He asked as his eyes couldn't help but look at those women, making his Adam's apple tremble as he gulped his saliva.

Hearing those words, the man's eyes lit up as he excitedly said, "Great job Zhang. It has been hard on you. Here, you can rake the three women and go have fun for now."

"Ah, thank you, boss! You are truly deserving of your title." Zhang Jiang praised but was waved away by the boss who sat cross leg on the couch.

Shortly after he and the ladies left, Diana stepped in.

"Miss Diana welcome. I never expected you to..."

"Don't talk nonsense!" Diana cut him angrily, "How much money do you want in order to continue providing the needed materials for me?"

"Hahaha, I don't need money but I wouldn't mind if you would accompany me for just tonight then I will give you double the materials for free, if not... Oh well, it is scarce in the market and I can not afford it." The boss says in a sad tone.

"You useless pig! Even if my company goes bankrupt, destroyed or is framed just having sex with you will save me is the only option, I will rather die than do it!"

Hearing those words, the boss's lip slowly curled up in nocking as he looked at Diana and suddenly said, "Mrs Diana you are mistaken. Your option on this was never needed as you are locked in the same room as me."

Diana felt cold as her face turned pale, subconsciously she stepped back while stammering, "W-what are you going t-to do?"

"Hahaha, I am going to eat you nicely and make you feel the true power of a man, something I am certain your useless husband couldn't do." The Boss says in excitement as he feels all the lust he has about Diana finally bursting open, today is his lucky day!
