Young Master’s POV: He’s back to spite them all

Chapter 1.

" Come to my office now "

Her voice resounded, echoed within the office room they stood in, her commanding tone froze him, with a confounded look displayed on his face.....

" Ste.... Stephanie.... wha.... what's....?? "

He stammered, unable to complete his statement when she walked out of the office room, slamming the door with so much aggression, Ryan was perplexed, bewildered by the actions of his wife.

Despite being her boss.....his wife Stephanie hasn't always been like this to him, he was unable to get a steady job for more than six months, the Haimon Family gave him a job.

Hired as an accountant in their multi million dollar company, the G-Ex Enterprise.

A global marketing company involved in various marketing network, It's being a year since this company went viral, earning hundreds of millions of dollars, climbing the chain of power within the global market.

To the Haimon Family.....he's merely a rag but he endured the humiliations because he loved his wife.

Her actions today came as a shock to him, unable to truly believe what was happening, he chose to follow her, he quickly jolted out of the office but she was long gone from the hallway.

A sigh of defeat was heard.

Ryan organized himself, he cleaned the beads of sweats which covered his face, he tuck in his shirt, he's dressed in a corporate white shirt with a black knotted tie.

Ryan hurried, he entered the elevator, he clicked the button which lead to the floor of his wife.

He waited while the elevator did it's work, resting his back on the wall with loads of thoughts flooding his brain, the memories of a few minutes ego was replayed in his mind, he had no idea why his wife would act this way to him.

Her words were harsh, her eyes had no life.....a cold glare.

He sighed once again.

Beep!

The elevator beeped before it opened up, ushering Ryan a passage to the floor he appeared on, Ryan quickly stepped out of the elevator, he had a few workers walked passed him, to his suprise.

They all ignored him, it was like he never even existed in the first place.

Still pondering about what's truly going on, he advanced forward, approaching the direction of the CEO's office, he halted movements a few minutes later, arriving at his destination.

He stood before the office door of the boss, he exhaled briefly.... without hesitation he made his presence known by knocking on the door.

" Come in "

A voice commanded from within.

Ryan obeyed, he opened the door, making his way into the office room, his expression changed, the smiles he had displayed on his cheeks faded away, before him were elites within the G-Ex Enterprise.

The H-R Co-ordinator, the Marketing Department's Provost, the financial secretary and the trade supretendent.

" What's going on here? " Ryan asked.

" Did I do something wrong? " He added.

Stephanie Haimon rested her back on her seat, she's sitted on an arm chair, with her legs crossed.....when a chuckle escaped her lips, all eyes were fixed on Ryan Owen.

Ryan could feel the tension in the atmosphere, the tension so might that he needed to comport himself not to shiver, the sound of a throat being cleared was heard.

He tilted his gaze, facing the direction of the Marketing Provost....their eyes met.

" Mr. Ryan, I should briefly explain to you that you are standing before the panel, whatever you say here is being recorded, you have been summoned here for a single reason.....and that is corruption "

The Marketing Provost, Mr. Thompson explained.

Ryan's eyebrows curled up, he had no idea what the Marketing Provost was talking about?

Corruption?

Since when has he been accused of corruption or even engaged himself in corrupt practices?

" Corruption? what are you talking about? Mr. Thompson, I'm a loyal worker of the G-Ex Enterprise, I could never....." Ryan's words were interuppted by Ms. Stephanie Haimon, she glared directly into his eyes.

Her tone laced with bitterness, her speech were vile.

" Oh shut your trap and let the honorable Mr. Thompson complete his words, I don't need to hear any thing from a criminal " She spat out.

Ryan's heart sank deep, he truly couldn't believe his eyes.....but one thing he didn't want to believe was his beautiful wife would speak to him in such manner.

Is it a prank? He wished.

" Stephy? criminal? was it me you referred to as a criminal? are you joking? because if you are then you need to stop, you are taking this too far already " Ryan said with a bright smile seen on his lips.

But his smiles faded quickly.

" Didn't I asked you to shut your trap? you disgusting rag? you are in no position to utter those filthy mouth of yours " She cursed.

" Tch, you are really serious? what's happening here Stephy? " Ryan asked, he tried taking a step forward but he was pushed back by the men present in the room, the tension in the atmosphere skyrocketed.

" Madam Stephanie.....allow me to educate this thing " the Marketing Provost, Mr. Thompson stated.

" Good, I trust you on that " Stephanie uttered.

Ryan swiftly tilted his gaze, staring at Mr. Thompson, still unable to understand what's truly happening in this room.

" Mr. Thompson, please explain to me what's happening, I really don't know what's going on " Ryan spoke out.

" O please shut the hell up and stop acting all innocent, Mr. Ryan.....we had you summoned here for a single reason, for the past week now....we had you under tight surveillance and you were secretly investigated "

Mr. Thompson explained.

" Huh? but why? have I done anything wrong? " Ryan asked.

" I told you to shut it, didn't I? Mr. Ryan.....shut your mouth and let me speak " Mr. Thompson retorted.

" Two weeks ago, a report was filed to the adminstrative board that the UIMC you were given an authoritative power over was involved in severe fraudulent activities and thefts against this prestigious company we serve, we did our Investigation and we were proven right " Mr. Thompson explained.
