Young Master’s POV: He’s back to spite them all

Chapter 6.

" What? did you just ask me to release the criminal? "

The Officer asked, he needed to be sure he heard the Sheriff's orders.

The order issued by the Sheriff came as a shock to everyone present, they had expected the full force of the Sheriff against the old man for interfering but instead. He did something they could never believe.

Mr. Ryan stood bewildered, shocked by the order issued.

Just when he thought his life's already over......a miracle's happening right before his eyes.

" Tch, I do not like repeating myself Officer Crowley, I already issued the order didn't I? I forgot to inform you and everyone in charge of regulating the case but the case was dismissed, all charges leveled against Mr. Ryan were dropped "

" The G-Ex Enterprise retracted their accusations "

" With no charges left, Mr. Ryan is a free man, without delay take off his handcuffs and release everything that was confiscated from him, no defiance will be tolerated " the Sheriff declared, his words were the law.

" The Haimons dropped all charges against him? how's that possible? weren't they the ones hell bent on punishing this thief and fraudster? " Officer Crowley asked, he couldn't believe his eyes and ears.

He watched as his fellow officers slowly took off the cuffs that binded the wrists of Mr. Ryan.

Ryan stood there shocked, unable to fathom what's happening!

" Officer Crowley, as we speak....Mr. Ryan has no conviction and with all cases brought against him dropped, referring to him as a criminal and fraudster, this can be seen as defamation of character "

" And you could be sued for that "

Mr. Mycolski warned.

" I'm sorry sir, that's my mistake, It won't repeat again " Officer Crowley apologized, his eyes squinted, he gnashed his teeths, the embarrassment he had received just now made his bloods boil.

" Mr. Mycolski, thank you for your co-operation, an innocent man has been freed all thanks to your great sense of justice, I have you to thank for this " The old man voiced out, his face beamed with smiles.

Mr. Ryan stood still, he breathed a sigh of relief.

With a gleam in his eyes, he could see freedom before him.

" You are welcome Mr. Sky, I should have done it sooner, Mr. Ryan is a promising young man who wouldn't have risked his future for pennies, since he is a free man, he can leave with you right now "

The Sheriff, Mr. Mycolski stated.

Turning his back to leave the scene.

Ryan tilted his gaze, staring at the old man before him, he became numb.....

With no words to say, the beaming smiles displayed on the face of the old man made his uncomfortable, his legs were shaking, with beads of sweats covering his face, he could only hope.

" Tha....than...thank you sir "

Ryan found his voice, he needed to show his appreciation to the man who freed him from the chains that bounded him.

" Ah, you don't need to thank me, Young Master......I should be the one apologizing for not finding you sooner, I deeply regret not entering the Riverdale City earlier, If I had came here earlier "

" I would have found you and you would not be in this distress position "

The old man spoke out.

Ryan's eyes twitched, he could understand the words of the old man but he could not understand what the old man was saying.

" Young Master? "

" Sir allow me to apologize but you have come to the wrong place if you were truly looking for your young master, I'm nothing but a poor countryside boy who was found in the dumpster ten years ago and raised by the woman who adopted me as her son "

" I know this may be disappointing but I'm not......"

" Its just as I told that officer, if I was truly mistaken then I wouldn't be here in the first place, Mr. Ryan, do you remember your life ten years ago? " The old man asked.

" Ah, not at all, although I've tried remembering but my memories are completely blank, I can only remember my life after I was found in a dumpster ten years ago " Ryan answered, explaining in details.

" I see....."

" Allow me to properly introduce myself, Young Master.....my name is Howard Sky, a long time serving butler of the Castle Household, the current temporary Adminstrator of the Blackstone inc "

" And you, Young Master......"

" Your name is Ryan Castle, son of Lord Leonardo Castle and heir to the Castle's Empire, I've come to return you back to your rightful position, please come with me "
