Doctor Octopus
“What the f*ck is that?” Neil exclaimed after he counted to ten mentally.  His legs are still shaking, and his heart still hasn’t slowed down from the fright.  “That is our friend Oswald, the friendly octopus..” Adele answered sarcastically.  “What is this?” Neil gestured to the eight foot square rock they were standing on.  “This is the work of our overly enthusiastic friend Oswald! It used to be big enough to play soccer. This is all that remained after Oswald gave the island a friendly hug and tug. Hopefully, we are too little for him to see with his big eyes any more.” Adele said, looking at the kraken which surfaced in the sea below.

That's not important
“That’s not important!” Neil told her.  [ 00:56 ] Adele was shocked by the sheer audacity of the statement.  “A debuff is going to be applied to us for killing the kraken.” Neil informed her. He raised a hand to stop her from speaking.  “No time to listen to you! Here’s what we are going to do. You will cancel the symbiosis on me. I will retrieve my raft on the sea.  We will wear our life jackets and jump into the sea. I am placing my life in your hands here.  Read more
Hard Fall
The higher you fly, the harder you fall.  She has always remembered those words, but she never thought she would experience them in reality like this.  The air current only climbed higher and higher and Adele’s fear only increased with the altitude.  In the first place, she had a fear of heights, and even this bravery is sheer gratitude to save lives.  At some point, Neil stopped vomiting, but did not wake.  As time passed, she is sure they have more than crossed the barrier.  She cast symbiosis on him once more.  Read more
Friendly neighborhood guide
Neil laid down flat on the raft, staring up at the sky.    The sky here is not all blue. In some places, it’s green, pink, blue and black…    There are no stars to be had in the night, just two moons, and a psychedelic patch of blue, representing different oceans.    Adele cancelled symbiosis on him.    He could not even gather enough energy to scold her.    However, a rumbling sound from the ocean woke him immediately.    The baby whale which kicked them upright is here once more.    It’s circling their

Life rafts found
Once Adele had finished removing barnacles around the fins, the giant whale sank into the water gently, floating on the water.  Adele continued her work, roaming around the whale, removing one line of barnacles after another.  She seemed to be insanely chipper to be doing this tedious work. From another perspective, she seems to be trying to avoid the conversation with himself.  Neil sighed.  He did not regret his actions.  It’s just that he really did not want to get entangled in this chick-flick routine of avoidance, misunderstanding - stupidity - more avoidance - more misunderstandings.  Read more
Crystal monster
The first swing fell into the water.    So did the next ten.    On the magical twelfth try, Neil has given up the 46-man raft, and tried for the paddling rescue boat.    He hooked it successfully.    Yay!    He started pulling it towards him. However, within a few seconds, Neil realized, it’s probably best to leave towing the raft out of saline waters to the baby whale.    He handed the rope to the whale, and in no time, the paddler was beside them.    Neil got into the water to remove the rope from baby

Let's Marry
“Yes.” Adele answered.  Neil was shocked into silence.  “You don’t even know me.” Neil exclaimed.  “I have fallen in love from the moment I have seen you. I always wanted to swim in your deep eyes, and be the end of every one of your thoughts. I love your curly hair and I live your webbed feet..” Adele continued. “Oh! For god’s sake.. Stop it!” Neil said, cracking a smile.  Adele stopped with a smile.  “Why would you say yes?” Neil wondered.  Read more
First Barrel
Neil returned in far better spirits than when he left.  Adele just finished her first session and the elderly whale looked like a blue watermelon with far too many stripes.  She flew straight to the paddler Neil is at, settled in the seat beside himself.  “You look different.” she said, as she looked at Neil.  “Let’s just say, I just found the grand meaning of my life.” Neil said.  Adele just smiled at him slightly, her eyes joining in the smile for the first time in a long while. Neil was shocked to look at the smile, for it is the first genui

Catch the barrel
Neil was nowhere to be found by the time Adele finished her work.  There were three more new barrels tied to the raft, and Neil seemed to be on the hunt for more.  All the same, Adele sat down and opened her console.  In the buildings, she checked the ones that are already researched.  All of Neil’s researched buildings and blue prints are available to her, as is his inventory.  She could only say it’s enormous.  Only, she could not retrieve a single item from Neil’s inventory.  If the s

Legal Grave Robbing
The elderly whale did not stop with giving the quest. It immediately started towing their raft towards the burial ground.    Neil and Adele just sat on the starboard, and enjoyed the joyride on a placid sea.    It’s a nice feeling, to be able to just sit and cruise a wee bit above sea water.    Adele was researching the drop of water it seems.    “Neil! This drop of water is blessed water! Do you want to use it?” Adele asked excitedly as she looked at the properties of the blessed water.    “But!.. It is the fruit of your labor.” Neil balked.    He indeed wanted to tak
