Chapter 20: Why I cultivate
Niyad sat in the cultivation space. Two weeks had passed since Count sent him the ring and his cultivation base rose quite a bit. He spent 60 hours in the ring cultivating daily which was equivalent to 12 hours in normal time. Niyad was now at the 3rd stage Spirit realm and noticed that each time he made a breakthrough, his dantian would become exponentially larger. Therefore,  an increase in Qi would be required to fill his dantain for each succeeding realm. Although Count had pointed out how abnormal his cultivation speed was, his recent success was not only due to his talent. Due to the time difference in the life space, the two weeks he spent cultivating reaped the rewards of him cultivating for thirty five days days in total.  Count had instructed him to keep his cultivation base a secret and showed him another function of the ring.

Chapter 21: Favor
"I-I.... I think I need to request to go home... I-I can't have an old wife... She needs to cultivate too." "But wouldn't that defeat your reason for cultivating? She'll just start beating you up again." Minki sank to the ground, a defeated look on his face. "This isn't good won't I develop a heart devil at this rate?" Other students walking by gave them weird looks and in return Niyad gave them an apologetic smile. "Why would you have a heart devil? Just make sure you're stronger than her at all times." Minki's expression suddenly lit up once more. "You're right. Once I get to the Earth realm I'll request to go home and help her to start cultivating. I just need to make sure that I'm always stronger." Niyad stared at Mi

Chapter 22: I am better than you
Minki was surprised, this was the first time someone had managed to break his Earthen spear formation. He kicked away the spear then extended his arms, two wind blades materialized in his palms. With a yell he swung the blades which blasted the red haired guy's flames away and knocked him out of the ring. The students watching this fight all wore dumbfounded expressions. "He really is a dual attribute cultivator, I thought the information was bullshit." "Yeah, I've only seen him use earthen spears for the past year. I totally forgot about that." Minki withdrew his wind blades and Niyad couldn't help being surprised at how domineering he looked. ~This is the same idiot?~ As

Chapter 23 : Galahad's Disgrace
Niyad sat in a bamboo tub of steaming water. The heated water helped him to relax his muscles after sparring. Although all the sparring happened in the life space ring, it affected his physical body as if it were the real world. Therefore, all injuries or insights were real. Niyad's eyes were closed and he was unaware of when he fell asleep. He was in a dark room, two large golden twin doors stood before him. The room seemed oddly familiar but he was unable to figure out where he had seen it before. His hair stood on end as he got the feeling that something was terribly wrong. His heartbeat sped up and breathing quickened. He couldn't help feeling like he was being watched. He observed his surroundings and realized there was nothing but the large door there. The golden door was strikingly grand with its extravagant carvings, he took a step closer and was star

Chapter 24: YOU F*CKER!!
Sercy sat in front of her mirror brushing her hair while Count stood several feet behind her with a complicated look on his face. "Sercy, how long are you going to keep this up?" A few minutes ago he felt that Niyad had crushed a summoning talisman but he ignored him. He first needed to appease his little princess. Sercy continued brushing her hair as if he hadn't said anything. Count appeared next to her, he ruffled her hair then moved away quickly, but instead of getting mad at him, She casually fixed her hair once more before leaving the room. He followed her. "Sercy, are you going to throw a tantrum every time something doesn't go your way?" She hadn't said a word to him for over a week. Each time he went to train Niyad then returned he could see her withdraw more and more into herself. She was upset because he wouldn't tell her where he went or what he did to Niyad. Sercy paused briefly then with a wave of an arm, her appearance changed to that of a fifteen year old girl with

Chapter 25: Do you want to die?
After carefully holding Niyad in her arms, Sercy finally spoke to Count, "What are you planning?" "I don't understand what you mean." Count said while repairing the damages to the house and surrounding areas almost as if he were reversing time. "Why did you take him here? If you were keen on training him why not in Blenheim?" Count picked up Niyad then walked back to the house while carefully thinking of a reply. "Blenheim is too peaceful for him to grow at the speed I want. " Sercy couldn't help but think Count was lying. She was never able to read him, no matter what he said his heart rate always remained the same. Due to his cultivation method on some days his heart wouldn't even beat. "Why are you suddenly so interested in his speed of growth?" Read more
Chapter 26: Malecki
Kiro didn't say anything after Sercy left which greatly disappointed Count.   Count was so reluctant to leave him alive that he chose to walk away instead of teleporting. He was really extremely frustrated, nothing was going as planned.   Niyad's cultivation base was progressing rapidly which made him much stronger than his peers. He wanted him to be at a stage where he could battle with them to build his skills. He wasn't mad at the kid's inhuman cultivation speed, he was just annoyed.   Count had been monitoring Niyad secretly and although he was somewhat impressed by his fighting. He still didn't think this was enough for him to grow. Niyad needed to have life and death encounters to make him ruthless. He was currently fighting to win and that wasn't enough. He needed him to fight with killing intent. Each move should be ruthless and aimed to take a life.   He thought throwing him i

Chapter 27: "Are Your Eyes Itchy?"
Niyad's eyes snapped open. He looked around and realized he was in his small house and everything was in perfect order.    ~Was it a dream?~ He searched his memories and realized that he couldn't recall going to sleep. He checked his body for injuries but there were none.    ~I'm sure it happened I couldn't possibly be having nightmares about that asshole.~   He thought about how Count had appeared just before his vision went black. He also realized why he thought something was familiar about the strange girl. It was the way she smelled just like Sercy.   ~Are they really that bored. Did they come over here just to beat me up?~   The morning sun shined through a crack in the wall which means a total of 15 hours had passed since he blocked out. He really didn't feel like going to the academy today. He washed up then sat in a lotus position entering his rin

Chapter 28: Her Story
Niyad wanted to refute, but the more he thought about it the more he agreed with Count. Humans were weak and greedy, Kiro was a perfect example of how despicable humans could be.   "Are you offended? You shouldn't be, you're barely human, although you're just as irritating."   "I know my questions irritate you but It's better than blindly following a psychopath."   Count glanced at Niyad, the kid really had guts to talk to him so casually. He couldn't help snickering. However, the air around him still warped which showed he was in a volatile mood.   "You flatter me kid. I'll give you a bit of back story and in return you can stop questioning every damn thing. Sit down."   Niyad was momentarily surprised that Count was finally willing to explain things to him. "I'm fine, I'll keep standing."   Count tilted his head and his eyes narrowed. A chill seeped into Ni

Chapter 29: Cultivating penta
'PENTA VEIN CULTIVATION' was written at the top of the scroll in fancy letters. He could feel an almost divine energy flowing through the scroll as he opened it further. A wisp of golden light slowly floated from it which made him subconsciously want to throw the scroll away but it was already too late. The light already crawled up his arm and buried itself in the space between his eyes. He suddenly felt information flooding his consciousness all about cultivating multiple attributes and opposing energies.    After some time he calmed down then started going through the information in his head.    ~So in order to cultivate clashing energies I'll have to open more meridians and use multiple pathways. But the only way to create more pathways is to eat the Ariota fruit.~   Information about the Ariota fruit suddenly appeared in his head also. It was a bright purple veined fruit that grows in a completely i
