“I don't know what you think you were thinking,” Elena said, looking at Liu, who had given her the heads up about Nathan’s situation. “As bad as it is, we don't know what that rat Cruz is plotting, you are telling him not to worry much? Are you even okay?” She was looking at him, a bit surprised to hear that Liu was trying to calm Nathan down so he wouldn't attack Cruz for now and risk anything else. “We saw what that bastard could do and the way he was trying to make sure that Nathan would get a bad wrap, and he was almost successful the last time.” Liu was looking at Elena, he knew what she was trying to make sure that they would avoid, but it wasn't going to be ideal if they kept lying to themselves that Nathan was going to be okay, handling all those things by himself. “I know you understand what I am trying to do here, there is no way for Nathan to handle all those things alone and still be normal.” Liu could see what was going to happen if Nathan was left to handle everythi

The chief of police was in his office when Detective Darwin, a man placed to keep tabs on Nathan walked in with a worried look. It was clear that he was thinking that Nathan was the one that did it. ”I don't know what I am going to say but it is clear that this has something to do with the fact that he is in this city, I know you might think it is far-fetched but look at this.” Darwin was restless, he had not found anything to put Nathan on the front of the page but it was clear that he knew something and the thing he knew was what had the city in terror. The Chief looked at him and scratched his head, he knew that there was something he could not even understand or even fathom if there was a possibility that he was going to say. “I know you think that this might be his doing but I want to urge you to calm down in the meantime and know that I am going to be doing anything possible to make sure that there is no problem.” The Chief was only protecting his officer knowing who he was t

There was no way for Nathan to overlook certain things; he knew that it was going to come down to him doing things for himself one way or the other, but he was going to have to find out what to do with Cruz. "I understand that they are trying to be helpful in any way that they can for me, but this isn't going to be the best way for me to even get anything done." He thought to himself as he walked out of the room, he had in his hands a file that would have given him all the possible information he needed to know what he would be doing next about Cruz. "Thank you, Carl." He muttered as he looked into the file. He wasn't going to stand there and let someone make his life a living hell just because there were things he didn't want to do. "I sincerely don't know what this idiot is trying to do.” Nathan was looking at the plans that Carl had crafted Cruz was trying to use them. On looking at the plans, he saw what he had crafted out. Nathan knew that there was going to be a chance tha

Nathan was looking at Ben, and he knew that there was no way for him to be lying about anything like that. But then he could only wonder what would have made Cruz even think of going to their house for something like that.“So tell me,” Nathan was looking at Ben, confused, but he wasn't going to let anything hold him back from asking a question. “Why did that man choose your house as the first place to head to?” He was looking at the old man, he knew that there was something he could bring out of him. “I don't know, when he came to the house, it looked like he had something in mind to do, but then I didn't let any of them make a deal with him.” Ben spoke, looking down with a sour look on his face. “That man looks like the devil, and I would rather swim in an ocean filled with sharks than make a deal with the devil.” Nathan was looking at Ben; he couldn't tell what he was going to believe, but he knew better than to let something like that move him. He let out a sigh, knowing

Rachel had been working hard since the day of that incident, trying to ensure that nothing would make him feel sad. She knew there was a chance that people would take advantage of the situation and want to make everything look terrible. “I know there has to be a reason for everything, but for him to be seen facing someone like that, it means there has to be a way for me to put everything together.” Her mind was scattered, it was in a haze, and nothing was coming through. “If you don't know what to do, then you should take a break.” Rachel turned to the door to see Elena seeing her smile, it was like she was standing there to encourage her. “Elena…” Rachel had a smile on her face. It wasn't clear what Elena was doing there, but she knew it was going to be better with her coming there. “It is good to see you here, and I can see that you're doing well.” Elena walked in, and there was a clear smile on her face, showing that she was relieved to see her there. Rachel was looking a

On the outskirts of the Caldor, a man can be seen with a pipe in his hand, the smoke forming a small cloud over his head. A strange smile was on his face as he browsed through the paper in his hands. Another man could be seen standing nearby. Putting the paper on the little table in front of him, he threw his head back a bit. “So, he made a move on them?” “Yes, and from what we heard, he was more than brutal.” “You know, there are things that I would want to know about the man. But it is clear already that he is not going to be the easy one to get hold of in any way.” The man stood up, smiling as he looked down at the paper. He handed his pipe to the other man, and the smile was still on his face. “Nathan Specter, I know he is the Masked General, and I know he is the only one who is going to be able to save me from this illness.” The man held his chest; a slight pain there made him take a step back. He was fighting everything that almost made him fall. “What are the chances tha

“The Petorias were never marked as the type of people who could be easily erased like that. I don't know how it happened, but that man is not someone you would want to be putting aside.” A man could be seen looking at Michael Keaton; they seemed to be going through papers of what Nathan had done at the Petoria party. “I know you might think that I am only saying all this to make you feel like there is something you need—”” “There is nothing I would need to do,” Michael said softly , he didn't know if it was going to be the best for anyone to even tell him what he was meant to be doing. “He came from nowhere and he made it known that he was going to be doing things to make sure that no one would even think of challenging him.” Michael was looking at the man. “Billy, you know that there was no way for us to know that someone would even think of attacking Franky and his family.” Billy Hange, a shrewd man in many parts of Caldor but he was seen as nothing but a common man who wouldn

“So what are you saying?” Cruz stared at Ohera; he wasn't sure if anything would have prepared him to hear what he was trying to get him to do. “I know you don't see what we are trying to do here so I will enlighten you.” Ohera turned to look at Cruz; he was looking at Cruz with a smile on his face. “We need to cripple him, make sure that his movement in this city is limited, and then we can think of a way to make sure that he would not see the opportunity to attack.” Ohera brought out a paper from his pocket; he handed it to Cruz. “He is not seen as someone good in this city; the people of Caldor all see him as someone they want to remove before he causes a problem. And from the looks of it, he is not going to be able to handle all the things coming his way.” Cruz was looking at the paper Ohera gave him; it was not clear if he was going to be going for the hints in front of him at the moment. He had seen everything that was handed to him, it was the complete blueprint to make su

Nathan had given the people sending him a message the location to meet him; it wasn't going to be ideal if the person were to come to his mansion to see him. ‘I don't know who this is, but I have a feeling that something is going to happen, or maybe there is someone following them.’ Nathan chose a building that his family wanted to make a house for the needy when they were younger. It was not in its best shape—run-down with cracks in each corner. Looking at it, he remembered when his father would bring him there. It would be filled with the sounds of the machines and workers trying to bring the building to life. He could remember coming there with his father; it was some time in the past, nineteen years ago. ‘One day, son, you will understand why you must be kind to others.” Marcus Specter was looking at a young Nathan; he was looking at the building and had a smile on his face. “We will make sure that there is nothing going to hurt any child who has no parents or even make th

Not at all excited to learn who he was, Nathan just stared at the man."What in the world made you call me?" Nathan wanted to know what the issue would be, and he was not even attempting to be patient with what he would say.The man looked up, but he was silent, trying to think of ways to get Nathan to help him. “I am sorry for calling you here out of the blue; I didn't know what I was going to be able to do to get you to come.” The man was looking at Nathan. It was not something he would have said on the phone and made any sense to Nathan. It was something that he needed to tell Nathan face-to- face. But looking at the man Nathan had become, it was not going to be easy for anyone to even understand what would go through his mind.He took deep breaths looking at Nathan; it was clear that nothing was going to bey for him to handle. “I contracted a deadly disease when I was trying to deal with a problem in the city of Zauf. I wouldn't call it a disease, but it was biopoison that wa
