The ambiance of Quin’s new location was lovely; one of the most pleasant placed he had been to. Doctor Col who was surprised that Quin could say such a thing to the Mayor had no other option than to go after Quin at once, leaving Oliver who remained on his knees. Oliver gasped loudly the moment he heard Quin’s utterance, but he also knew that his father deserved to die.
