Even if he didn't want to be involved in the things of his underground investigations, there was no way he qoylsnt want to get to the bottom of this.

"Okay fine, I'll be down there". Ryan turned and kissed Stacy and then told his mother he was heading out.

Nobody talked about it but Arianna was the most affected.

She had become too quiet and was only meditating or better still just in her feelings.

Arianna sat by her mother's comatose bed, head bowed in prayer. Tears stung her eyes as she begged for her mother to awaken and be healthy again.

She pleaded for another chance to make up for the years of estrangement that had kept them apart.

Arianna wanted to restore their bond, to show her mother how much she truly cared and — perhaps most importantly — to prove that she could be the daughter her mother had always wanted.

She pressed a hand to her mother's forehead and wished with all her strength for a happy ending.
