Chapter 1

The bright light of a simple house suddenly turned radiant and dazzling. The sound of the baby's cries echoed as a woman sobbed.

A beautiful woman with rosy cheeks rubs sweat on her forehead. Today she is perfect as a woman, a mother. She gave birth to a handsome baby boy. A faint silver light appeared on the baby's body. A blue-blood descendant has been born.

Elora, the beautiful woman, smiled softly, holding the tiny baby in her hand. Turning to her husband, a pure blue-blood vampire or also called silver blue, Aranza. He looked at his wife's tired face, then kissed his forehead.

"Thank you for giving me the perfect life," he said with an unfaded smile.

They have a son. The man who had been destined to become a gold-blood, the highest class, rarely known to humans or vampires.

Fate is inevitable, a great responsibility as the God of the vampires.

Mauver rose from the bed. Only the boxer was left attached to his body. The weather was so hot that he couldn't get out of the house. Although a blue-blood man, he could not arbitrarily wander under the sun.

He is too young and cannot be qualified like his father, Aranza.

He remembered when he asked several times for any potion to make him able to walk around during the day, but his father only responded with a mocking laugh.

"You still a child to have god abilities. Why do you want to know about God's power, huh?" mocked Aranza at the time. Mauver hates that kind of mockery. Although he knew his father was making jokes, he was envious of seeing dark-blood people who could kill during the day.

"Father, why is dark blood often called the despicable class precisely to roam during the day and make a mess? While we, a blue-blood noble of the vampires, are confined inside the castle and out only when the light is not scorching. Isn't that unfair?"

The curious young Mauver always asked the same thing. Aranza always replied with an unchanging answer.

"Because that's the only advantage they have. Blue-blood has powers they don't have. If it had reached a higher level, blue blood would be just like a human. Free to roam at any time. Like me, for example."

"When will I be at that stage, Dad?"

"Later, starting when you're 20, then you'll receive your first sign as blue-blood. After that, you'll be able to wander around during the day, providing that ..." Aranza paused. He was staring at his son's iris. Beautiful eyes are as beautiful as his deceased wife, Elora.

"You have to keep improving your skills because a blue-blood person has a pretty tough task. Collecting new blood, giving them a sign, and classifying their factions. At the same time, eradicate dark blood."

Young Mauver was amazed to hear his father's explanation. So heavy was his father's job. Although blue-blood is a particular group—most vampires don't understand how much of a burden a blue-blood person has to bear.

"Therefore, later, when you have got your sign, try to be the best."

Mauver nodded steadily. Then imagine if he grows up later. He is a nobleman as, a blue-blood man.

Until now, he still remembers what his father said, and he always finds a way to enhance his power.

Today, Mauver had been sitting behind his desk. With a suit and tie wrapped neatly around his collar, facing several stacked sheets of paper there. It's been a few days that he's been struggling with all of that. If he complains, his father will surely rise from his final resting place to give advice.

"It's all going to end. Come on, Mauver, you can finish it. The task that my father left you, which will be able to support your life for seven generations or even more," he said as he read the files one by one.

Shortly after that, he removed the papers from before him. He put his head on the surface of the table.

"Okay, I'm tired now. It seems like enough for today."

He got up and walked out of his office. The officers, consisting of humans and vampires, are attached to the dimensions of the world. At first, glance saw Mauver's bulkhead in the form of hexagonal light that would not be able to be penetrated by both vampires or humans.

Unless there is a union of blue blood and pure blood.

"Good morning Mr. Zelvagas. T will send the file you requested immediately in the form of a soft file," said one employee, who is a human being.

Vampires for the vampire world, humans for the human world. With the hexagon light separating, they could still communicate and meet in person. However, in the form of holograms.

"Okay, thank you."

He returned to the position of leaving the office. That is accurate, as his father said when he was 20 years old and got a sign he could enjoy the warm sunlight. Though just for a while.

Because he is only 25 years old, there is still much to learn to improve his abilities.

He had never even felt the horror of meeting the dark blood and fighting for new blood with them. It has not felt the struggle of helping new blood to get signs and collect them by the group. Never at all.

He also never knew the shape and form of the dark blood. His father said dark blood was manipulative. It can be anything tangible, but if his abilities are qualified, he can recognize them even in a false form.

His goal now is to go to his parent's grave. He was riding his sports bike streaked across a somewhat congested road. Although living side by side between humans and vampires, vampires still cannot use their skills—such as speeding.

So how do they find food? They will hunt if they want to train their abilities simultaneously. If not, there is pure blood that has a duty as a supplier for vampires.

Only dark blood carelessly bites humans and makes vampires. Blue blood requires direct human blood, but they can't make humans turn into vampires.

Bite and suck pure-blood blood, but it will recover within three days. So did Mauver. He should have had at least one or two pure-blood for himself. At his current age, he should have found pure blood for himself.

Mauver's eyes were fixed on a human being. A long black-haired girl. His hair fluttered in the wind. Her brownish skin looks beautiful. The girl turned around; her eyes and Mauver pounded each other. It sends an electrical sensation to each other.

Mauver was fascinated, and so was the girl. He approached her, which was increasingly visible as a hologram. Mauver greeted her.

"Hi ...," greeted Mauver to the girl who was standing in front of him.

The girl was still staring intently into Mauver's eyes.

"Hi ...," replied the girl.

The two approached each other as if there was a magnetic force around them. It has fused the hexagon light that, at first glance, emits colors that change like the bias of auroral light.

Mauver then raised his hand, as did the girl. Their palms touched with fingers that were slowly knitted. Mauver quickly pulled the girl to break through the hexagon boundary toward his place.

The girl knew what Mauver was doing. She also realized that she was in the grasp of blue blood, which meant she had to obey and become a supplier for Mauver's needs as a demander.

Without the consent of the two, the hexagon boundary would be impenetrable even by the most vital forces. However, neither Mauver nor the girl managed to meet. It's proof that destiny has set everything up for them.
