It seems like you're commenting on the wrong chapter... But I agree the sexual tension and "punishments" seemed to come to an abrupt end. This is the 1st real action in awhile, I guess because he actually grew feelings for her as a person.

Keep in mind, he was holding back and already thought she may be his mate months back. The pot has been boiling essentially. He was holding back in the event that she wasn’t his mate after all. So now he doesn’t have to hold it in and can just be happy and in love. We have all been there lol.

Typically chapter books are at most 30 chapters, and usually around 15-20 dollars a book.. slight errors in writing aside, I think the reading apps are actually cheaper.
