Ryker’s jaw tightened, the corner of his lips pulling upward as he bit down hard, the pressure grinding against his teeth. His voice dropped into a rough growl as he pressed the phone tighter to his ear.“If you dare—” he said, each voice trembling with rage, "If you dare lay a hand on my son…I...
